Just returned and this was the best hotel experience I have ever encountered! The staff were friendly, the hotel grounds and rooms were well maintained and clean. The beach was lovely. The location was on point. You literally step outside and are in the middle of the amazing strip of restaurants, nightlife and more! We will definitely return!

Great hotel! Absolutely beautiful. Love the amenities they had. Food and drinks were great! Pools were clean. Beach area was beautiful and relaxing. Employees were so wonderful and friendly! Everyone is just so happy to work and be on the island. I found it so humbling. Hilton definitely made our stay one to remember. Room was clean and spacious. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations! Thank you for making our vacation one we will never forget.

We are well traveled, pretty picky people and are quite happy to be staying here for our get away. The grounds are first class landscaping with so many interesting fish, iguanas and tropical birds. This is in addition to their bird garden filled with parrots. The pools are paradise. The location couldn't be better with the Carribean on one side and the excellent shops and restaurants on site and across the street. The staff are helpful and professional. Our room was clean, luxurious, and updated. The breakfast buffet and made to order was wonderful and a reasonable price. I recommend this facility without reservation.

Wife and I were here for a belated honeymoon. Excellent resort. Everything was clean, staff very friendly, and it never felt even a bit crowded. We have been on quite a few tropical vacations and this is the only place we are already planning to return to. Aruba is the best, and the Hilton here delivers!

Beautiful property, garden view room I was in needed an upgrade. For a Caribbean resort it should be tiles, not carpeting in the room with light colors. I would have given 5 stars but the room decor stopped me. Staff was friendly, had a great time

We had the best time at the Hilton this past week! I had been to Aruba before and stayed at another much larger hotel (rhymes with chariot) and although my stay there was nice, I much prefer the Hilton. The quality of rooms, food, and service was up to par with the other hotel, but it's a much smaller resort so it's not nearly as crowded. We never had a problem finding a pair of chairs by the pools or on the beach, no matter the time of day. The beach at the Hilton, in my opinion, is the best along the entire stretch of high-rises on Palm Beach because it's not overcrowded with gift shops and food vendors (although, if that's your thing, both are just a quick walk down the beach--make sure you check out Eduardo's Beach Shack!). The staff were fantastic, always making sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay and enjoyable experience. When I inevitably end up back in Aruba, I'll definitely be staying at the Hilton again!

What a wonderful hotel this is! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome! For a special occasion, I absolutely recommend the sunset concierge private dinner. It was wonderful. The hotel's restaurants had delicious food! Much better than typical resort quality. We would love to come back here and stay longer next time!

The Aruba Hilton was amazing! We had the best week, their staff was incredible in every way. They are super friendly and they make sure your experience is perfect from the moment you check in. The beach/pool bar has great food and a great atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was awesome but if you don't want a large breakfast they have a great coffee shop in the lobby with snacks and baked goods. The gift shop features upscale clothing and basically most anything you might need. We had the most amazing week in Aruba!

This is our second time staying in this hotel. And it doesn’t disappoint. Every staff member was making our stay even more pleasant. A happy island indeed! Landscape design is aesthetically pleasant to an eye, waterfalls, parrots, restaurants, cozy coffee shop, a very clean rooms and amenities, excellent beach. So well designed and maintained.

Hotel bem localizado perto de vários shoppings e restaurantes. As áreas comuns são lindas, jardins, estares, restaurantes e os funcionários muito simpáticos. O quarto é amplo cama grande, confortável, silencioso, mas com cara de antigo, o piso é de carpete o que para mim é inadmissível num hotel a beira mar. Pontos fracos: mesmo reservando com sistema no pre payment require pelo Booking é necessário pagar 1/3 das diárias antecipado para garantir a reversa. O check in é as 16hs e não te deixam entrar antes, mesmo solicitando early check in, só se vc for hilton honnors. Existe cartão para tudo: toalhas, comida, cassino e se não apresentá-los (porque são vários e vc não quer se preocupar em andar com vários cartões nas férias) é impossível usar os serviços do hotel e detalhe ninguém te explica isso na chegada. A limpeza do quarto ocorre por volta das 15hs, hora de voltar da praia e tomar um banho, não sei porque pois as camareiras já estão conversando pelos corredores desde antes das 9:00h. E o absurdo maior é ter que pagar U$50,00 por dia para usar as cadeiras é guarda-sóis da praia. Com certeza não voltarei a utilizar os hotéis Hilton, para mim foi burocrático e desorganizado demais.

Muito bom mesmo, quartos impecáveis cama deliciosa e roupa de cama melhor ainda. Piscina show, comida ótima. E o melhor o mar...que está logo ali quase uma extensão da piscina. O que faltou foi una mini estrutura p criança e bebê, por exemplo uma fraldario com trocador, mini vaso bancada para preparar refeições e um micro-ondas quebra galho para aquecimento de mamadeira e comidinhas infantis.

Great location, but service was lacking and drinks are overpriced. Watch out for the service charge that is included in almost everything. We went 3 or 4 days with tipping 20% before realizing. Could argue that this was our mistake, but never normally consider a service charge when ordering for 2 or 4 people. Also, the photo attached was the "pool view" from our suite. You can see some pool equipment, but no pool and plenty of cigarette butts on the ground. Not quite up to par.

Hilton is always a pleasant experience for me. I am a creature of habit, therefore if it's not broke it does not need fixing. The Hilton in Aruba was everything I expected. The decor, friendliness, cleanliness and the good food along with entertainment. Yes I will be back!

Went here for dinner one night, staying in another hotel. Really nice scene and also somewhat of an oasis even though it's in the middle of the hotel district. Ate at Sunset Grille, good views and great service. Norman was a great host also. Get a decent pic for sunset from the restaurant with the same name.

The property is great, but the experience was less than great. We got kicked out of our chairs on the beach because you have to pay to reserve them. We also booked a king bed with an ocean view, the view isn’t worth the price, and there was no king bed. The worst part is we asked to change to a room that we booked and we’re told no, nothing available. Definitely looking elsewhere next time, expensive food and drink, and a lot of hidden fees/charges.

The Aruba Hilton Resort and Casino is always a great place to stay. The spa services are solid. The lunch and dinner options are good. The outdoor bar is fun for after dinner drinks and music. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any requests if possible. I have stayed there about 4 times and they make me want to come back again and again.

Aruba is a beautiful island with everything to offer in one place. Staying at Hilton Aruba made it all the better. Our room, an oceanfront king suite, was large, very clean, comfortable and of course had an incredible view - sunsets were amazing! The landscaping throughout seems surreal with gorgeous trees, plants and waterfalls - the restaurants sit among these and the food is delicious! Make sure to stop and see the parrots! The beach and set up of palapas is expansive compared to other hotels (have stayed at 3 others), the sand white and the water an amazing blue. The hotel has a fun casino and is right across the street from great shopping and other restaurants; nightlife. Most of all is the staff - you cannot get better service all the way from the front desk, restaurants, in-room dining, coffee shop, cleaning staff, bellman, beach team - list goes on. Friendly and warm does not say enough. My husband and I travel the world a lot but this is by far our favorite place to stay and we highly recommend it!

Our stay was excellent and this is our 2nd stay at the Hilton. We love the location since it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The Hotel staff was amazing and did an outstanding job handling all of our requests and needs. We booked 3 rooms and had a lot of different activities booked, different flights, and flower deliveries that they handled with ease. I want to give a shout-out to Daniel in the restaurant, who made our breakfast experience wonderful. Omar, Beach Staff, was simply amazing and our vacation would not have been the same without him. He provided excellent customer service for six days and kept us informed of happy hours and service end times. My entire family continues to talk about how amazing Omar was and how much they appreciated him. Hilton Aruba - please take good care of Omar, he is a gem.
