“Loved it. Very modern, beautiful architecture, room are also very neat. Would be great though if they can put labels on their food in the buffet as a visitor I was curious to learn more about their food offering and culture. I had to ask the chefs all the time to explain it and most can't even speak English.”

“Whenever I come to Istanbul I stayed at this hotel since the first day of its opening. I had a small operation for my skin cancer during my last stay, Ms. Meryem at the Club Lounge was so kind and helpful. She was also very hospitable to other visitors as well. I believe, nice and warm smile on her face was very comforting for visitor using the Club Lounge. Thank you so much Meryem. I hope I will be able to see you again in my future stays at this hotel.”
