No complaints. Great coffee shop across the street. Staff very helpful

Dated hotel, staff was very nice at check in. Rooms are full of scuffs, stains and wear. You can hear every car from the road below and neighbors in rooms next door. Hotel then requests $2.50 for a small bowl of cereal and $3.50 for a packet of oatmeal, for which there was no hot water. There are other hotels to stay at in the area at the same price point that are nicer.

My only complaint is that the pillows were way too soft. The room was very clean it was super quiet at night very nice hotel room.

Room was dusty , had to wipe it down They didn't offer free breakfast as stated. They offered free items from a small section for the first night only. They stay was pretty nice other then that.

We booked a room for Dec 3rd and were coming from out of town. After we landed at the airport, we called to ask a question about parking and we were told they overbooked and had no rooms left even though we had a reservation. They didn’t reach out to tell us this was an issue or anything; we were on route to the hotel. Luckily we were able to stay at a family members house in the area. We cancelled our reservation at this time. One week later (as I’m writing this) I receive a charge for my stay. I immediately call the hotel and am aggressively told that it’s not the hotel’s problem and I need to contact the third party I booked through. The invoice and credit charge is clearly marked that it’s from Aloft/Marriott. The third party has been very helpful so far in working to resolve this. However Aloft isn’t answering their calls, even though I talked to Aloft right before. I’m honestly pretty amused at how bad of an experience this has been and I haven’t even seen the outside of the building. I strongly do not recommend unless you’re a fan of lighting your money on fire and not even being able to get warm from it.

Terrible experience. The system was down the entire time I stayed here. The staff was unorganized. I unfortunately left my coat in my room, and when I called them 4 hours later, they were unable to locate my coat. The front desk had no clue about how customers could recover items left, and directed me to speak with the cleaning supervisor, but informed me that I could speak with her only if I knew Spanish. They were very unhelpful. I asked to speak with the manager and was told that the manager was unavailable until Monday. The system never recovered during my stay. I do not recommend this location. The entire experience deserved 0 stars.

The stay was horrible the bar was closed until further notice, the pool was closed for maintenance until further notice. The photos aren't what the hotel seems to be. The toilet in out room wasn't flushing. The fridge in our room wasn't working. Our food for the weeding pretty much went bad. Spoke with the front desk, she got ahold of the maintenance guy and he came up and didn't do anything just tapped the inside of the tank of the toilet and flushed once. Then it didn't work again. He removed the old fridge and put in a new fridge and had turned it on. By the time we got back from the weeding the fridge was still not cold. The shower was burning hot water and the water was never cold. Which someone can be extremely hurt with how hot the water was. I definitely would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best hotel experience hands down. The second we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles, and wonderful aromas. The staff let us check in early, rather than killing a few hours in the city. As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like freshly washed sheets and was in phenomenal condition. The overall atmosphere is trendy, and comfortable. The location is also amazing, only a 10 min walk from public transport. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it is immensely underrated.
