Espetacular! Funcionários atenciosos, educados e prestativos (destaque especial para monsier Charles que nos recebeu: cordial, proativo e eficiente). O quarto? Impecável. Local privilegiado a dois minutos a pé do metrô, muitos pontos de interesse galerias Lafaiete, Louvre, ópera Garnier a vinte minutos de caminhada.

O hotel está em uma ótima localização, os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Houve alguns contratempos, como o fato de que nosso telefone em nosso quarto de hotel não funcionou durante todo o tempo que estivemos aqui. Isso significa que sempre que precisávamos de algo, tínhamos que ir até a recepção (ok, eu sei que não é grande coisa, mas quando você precisa de toalhas e papel higiênico é). O segundo problema para nós foi que a internet parou de funcionar no domingo de manhã. Liguei algumas vezes para verificar o status e, finalmente, depois de dizer à recepção que eu tinha trabalho a fazer, eles ofereceram as informações de login da internet, para que pudéssemos descer e usar a internet no lobby. Também fui informado de que um técnico não pôde sair até segunda-feira. Estamos nos últimos dias de uma viagem de 15 dias, e isso não teria sido um problema tão grande no início, já que nunca estávamos no quarto. Dado que nós dois temos algum trabalho para concluir, é realmente difícil tentar fazer as coisas no saguão do hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are friendly and helpful. There were a couple of hiccups such as the fact that our phone in our hotel room has not worked the entire time we've been here. This means that anytime we needed something, we had to go down to the front desk (ok, I know it's really not a big deal, but when you need towels and toilet paper it is). The second issue for us was the internet stopped working Sunday morning. I called quite a few times to check the status, and finally, after telling the front desk that I had work to do, they offered the internet login information, so that we could go down, and use the internet in the lobby. I was also informed that a technician was unable to come out until sometime on Monday. We are on the last few days of a 15-day trip, and this would not have been as big of an issue in the beginning, since we were never in the room. Given that we both have some work to complete, it just really makes it difficult to try and get things done from the hotel lobby.

Ótima localização, longe da agitação das áreas movimentadas da cidade. Perto do metro, óptimas pastelarias e cafés. Os funcionários do hotel foram muito simpáticos e prestativos. Os outros hóspedes do hotel foram um pouco barulhentos nos últimos dias para a nossa estadia.

Excelente ubicación, lejos del ajetreo de las zonas concurridas de la ciudad. Cerca del metro, excelentes pastelerías y cafés cercanos. El personal del hotel fue muy amable y extremadamente servicial. Otros huéspedes del hotel eran un poco ruidosos los últimos días de nuestra estancia.

Great location, away from the hustle of the busy areas of the city. Close to metro, great nearby pastry shops and cafes. Front hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Other hotel guest were a bit loud the last couple of days to our stay.

The staff doesn’t provide the service expected from a 4 stars hotel. While we were inside, a member of staff came into the room 2 hours after checking in, without knocking or anything. Then at 2.30am, the fire alarm went on. All guests had to evacuate their bedrooms, going downstairs in the lobby. The receptionist simply told us “there isn’t any fire, you can get back to your rooms”, without any explanation or apologies. Same the next day when we checked out. We then found out it was because of someone smoking inside the room. The least they could do is explain to us what happened and apologise on the behalf of the management. This is not the service you expect from this kind of hotel. We live in Paris and booked the hotel for our 5 years wedding anniversary to rest without our kids. We got out of the hotel more tired than when we got in. Pellows are dreadfull, we had back ache all day. We definitely dont recommend this Hotel.

Super hotel, super hospitality, highly recommended

Genuinely the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. My partner and I had to move from a previous hotel and we were so lucky to find this one. We arrived around 9:30AM and the receptionist gave us our key straight away along with an upgrade from our original booking. We were also able to avail of the breakfast even though we had only checked in. Our room was absolutely beautiful. Exceptionally clean, the only remark I would have is the inner rim of the toilet was a bit dirty but other than that the bathroom was spotless. The room had all the amenities you would expect from a hotel, comfortable robes and slippers. The staff were so lovely and accommodating, while we were in the bar a member of staff gave us a plate of macaroons because they had noticed it was my birthday from when we checked in. Our stay was made so special from the exceptional staff and the beautiful decorated and clean hotel. We’re very excited to return and will always stay here anytime we come to Paris.

Very nice place, the room was small but very convenient. Staff was kind. I will go back. I used to live in the neighbourhood, it's the Paris' most convenient and pleasant one, you can't go wrong with this hotel.

Avoid at all costs.Easily one of the worst hotels in Paris.I arrived around 8pm after a long flight from Dubai.After checking-in, the receptionist gave me the key to room 406 - upon entering the room, it clearly had been used, bedsheets everywhere and used alcohol on the desk.Thank God the occupants were not in there!When the reception staff inspected the room she exclaimed "OH MY GOD!".Yes, not what you offer someone who has just arrived.I proceeded to complain and upon apologising, the staff gave me the key to an adjacent room, room 407.This upon first glance was ready and "clean" for a new guest. However, upon inspecting the bed, it had semen stains and long hair on the bed coverings and bed throw (see the photos if you don't believe me!). I was disgusted.I went for the 3rd time to reception and complained, they then offered me room 311.Same story on the bed in there.Left over hair on the bed - but one better - no semen stain this time.This hotel clearly has hygiene issues.Unfortunately, I had no choice but no manually clean the bed and stay in the hotel as it was late and I was tired.The staff tried to be helpful but were frankly helpless.I won't be staying anywhere near this hotel when I travel to Paris in the future.

Exelente localización. A 100 metros de la estación de metro de Liège, entre distrito 9 de París. Área más residencial y tranquila pero a solo 5 minutos de áreas de restaurantes y como a 15 caminando de las grandes tiendas de París. También como a 10 minutos caminando de Gare Saint Lazare. Decoración moderna y buen servicio Hablan también inglés

Hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel and advertised as such, but in my opinion this is a 2-star accommodation. The rooms are extremely small, which I guess is common for Europe, but compared to your other accommodation across Europe these are definitely smaller. They do not have much staff, especially in the evenings, making it very difficult to get any kind of service such as towels delivered to your room. The fitness centre is almost non-existent as they only have 3 pieces of equipment. They advertise they have a restaurant for breakfast, but much better breakfast can be found around the corner at the local cafes in Paris. The only reason I didn't give less stars to this hotel is because they actually have a manager on staff who when sensing you're unhappy tries to do what he can to make it right.
