A huge thank you to Claud and assistant manager Stephanie for accommodating my table set up ! I booked 7 rooms and we stayed in the newly remodeled ones ! Very beautiful and clean that led out to the pool area with doors that bing everytime you open and shut for safety reasons .I had a Corner room which made me feel More comfortable .I was able to be out the other guest way not that we were in the way lol everyone in the pool area was great . The ambience of the hotel was giving very much instagram worthiness from the moment you walked into the lobby of the hotel down to the pool area . Dim lights ,big windows, heated pool , kids arcade and a restaurant called oreilly . Oreilly’s food was very flavorful . shout out to the cooks ! At the kids buffet everything was hot and fresh . Bar staff and waiters were very nice and quick my food was served hot and presented in a good time frame ! At checkout a few of my guest left items and Stephanie called pretty much immediately which I thought was so nice and honest , we spoke to a guy name Huey later on about an ipad that was forgotten once it was found Huey called back we are so greatful ! The house keepers were nice ,professional and respectful ❤️ I’m a picky person and everything at best western premier satisfied what I needed for a great price ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We all really enjoyed our time My son is super greatful ! Make sure you book your next stay with best western premier in Harrisburg !

Newly renovated. Beautiful clean rooms. Large clean indoor pool. Gaming area. Not expensive. Close to a wide variety of shopping & dining. Right off the highway. 15 minutes from Hershey. Friendly staff. Definitely will recommend & stay here next trip!

Staff retreat was held here. The reason I liked this spot was because everything was conveniently located, the desk , the elevator and the conference rooms were big enough to spread out. The staff was courteous and on point with flipping and setting up for the meals. I will definitely recommend this hotel . The rooms were nice but I prefer a shower only bathroom.

Hotel was nice, room was clean. Good amenities. Hotel is currently under construction. We’re woke up Monday and Tuesday morning between 645-715 to contractors drilling and cutting in the room directly under us. Would not have stayed here if we had been made aware before hand

Nice place. Not sure if room I was in was updated as they were in the process of an update. If so not a good update. Nice to have restaurant attached food was OK. 10-15 minute ride to airport worked out well.

As fotos online são MUITO enganosas. A entrada é muito chique, os quartos são medíocres. Eles são muito pequenos. O quarto dizia que era 2 camas queen-size, mas pareciam duplos. As camas não eram confortáveis. Prateleira minúscula entre as 2 camas mal pode ser chamada de mesa de cabeceira, TV pequena, algum tipo de cheiro de enxofre estava saindo das aberturas ou algo assim. A sala não foi mantida bem- parece na parede visível, ferrugem na saída de ar. O menor banheiro que eu já tive em um hotel. Pagamos um pouco mais por um quarto ao lado da piscina e não valeu a pena.

The pictures online are VERY misleading. The entrance as you walk in is very fancy, the rooms are mediocre. They’re pretty small. The room said it was 2 queen beds, but they seemed like doubles. The beds were not comfortable at all. Tiny little shelf between the 2 beds can barely be called a nightstand, small TV, some sort of sulfur smell was coming from the vents or something. The room was not kept well- seems in the wall visible, rust on the air vent. The smallest bathroom I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. We payed a little more for a poolside room and it was not worth it at all.

Tenho o hábito de limpar as superfícies (principalmente em hotéis e também na Covid) antes de colocar as coisas, meu quarto estava METICULOSAMENTE LIMPO! Inacreditável. Piscina e ginásio são grandes e também muito limpos. Perto de tudo, supermercado, restaurantes, 10/10 recomendado! Muito obrigado por trabalhar tão duro para que possamos ter umas mini férias! Vocês tornaram nossas mini férias incríveis!

Oreilly's Irish Pub in the Central Hotel was wonderful. The food was fantastic. One of the few establishments that still has 'special prices'. The service by Jarrod and Taylor tonight, was outstanding! You may experience the services of Zack and Kevin, also. They do not disappoint. Oreilly's offers take out service also. Please support local.

Staff are very friendly. Room is VERY CLEAN! I have a habit of wiping surfaces (mostly at hotels and also Covid) before putting stuff on, my room was METICULOUSLY CLEAN! Unbelievable. Pool and Gym are big and also very very clean. Close to everything, supermarket, restaurants, 10/10 recommended! Thank you so much for working so hard so we can have a mini vacation! You guys made our mini vacation an awesome one!

Os funcionários da recepção estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar e foram além. Eles foram tão amigáveis ​​e agradáveis. A piscina era absolutamente linda e muito bem cuidada. Los trabajadores de la recepción siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y fueron más allá. Fueron tan amables y agradables. La piscina era absolutamente hermosa y muy bien cuidada. Es increíble que haya lavandería en el lugar y que el área de juegos también sea tan agradable. El restaurante adjunto O'Reillys era una joya escondida para un buen desayuno. La habitación era perfecta. La cama era muy cómoda y el balcón era realmente una ventaja adicional para sentarse afuera y disfrutar del agradable día de otoño. Definitivamente me quedaré aquí de nuevo.

Front desk workers were always so willing to help and went above and beyond. They were so friendly and pleasant. The pool was absolutely beautiful and so well taken care of. Amazing that there's on site laundry, and the game area was so nice as well. The attached restaurant O'Reillys was a hidden gem for a nice breakfast! The room was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and the balcony was really an added bonus to sit outside and enjoy the nice fall day. Will definitely be staying here again.

A terceira vez, e a maior atração para mim seria a limpeza de todo o hotel. A piscina é sempre extremamente limpa, aconchegante e ótima em torno dela. O Arcade é divertido para os pequenos, é só um pequeno. mas as crianças ainda passaram duas horas direto lá dentro ... A sala de ginástica também é outra característica deste hotel que eu gosto .. Restaurante anexo com certeza é algo que você NÃO vai querer perder !!!!

Third time stay, and the biggest take away for me would be the cleanliness of the entire hotel .. The pool is always extremely clean,warm, and great set up around it.. The Arcade is fun for the kiddos it’s just a little one but the kids still spent two hours straight in there... The workout room is also another feature to this hotel that I enjoy.. Attached restaurant is surely something you DON’T want to miss !!!!
