The hotel itself smells like mold and mildew. I reported these issues to the front desk and they were uncompromising. Told me they could not do anything to assist. Told the lady I'd be out shortly and she said they still have to charge. Mind you their occupancy wasn't even anything substantial with a half full lot at best, and no cleaning ladies had been by saying they need to clean the room, so they're just nickel and diming guests. Every last hotel I've stayed at has had a grace period built in, even on high occupancy days. First time ever and last time staying here.DO NOT recommend. Unless you have no choice, avoid at all costs. Disse à senhora que sairia em breve e ela disse que eles ainda têm que cobrar. Lembre-se de que a ocupação deles não era nada substancial, com metade do lote na melhor das hipóteses, e nenhuma faxineira havia dito que precisava limpar o quarto, então eles são apenas convidados de níquel e centavo. Todos os últimos hotéis em que me hospedei tiveram um período de carência embutido, mesmo em dias de alta ocupação. Primeira vez e última vez hospedado aqui.NÃO recomendo. I have stayed here on sep 3rd to sep 4th the room was smelling weird and it gave me acute migrane headaches. I have consulted doctor and I have a doctors note to submit. The bathroom was dirty and the shower head is waste as if it belongs to some 80's generation

I stayed here a week.Ghetto is a word that I would use to describe this place. I didn’t mind that the lady put me at the top floor and then lied to me about the elevator being fixed the next day. It was never fixed the whole I’m there. I didn’t mind the that Candlewood was still marked on the walls, the smelly hallways, or that half the gym and washing machine was broken. I didn’t mind that they only clean once a week; or that’s there’s long term hoarders living on the ground floor hogging up the luggage cart. I didn’t mind that my TV was 20 years old and the controller was broken so I had to get up and manually change the channel and volume.What I did mind was the fire alarm “testing” that went on from 5pm til past midnight on the last night I was there.Imagine a loud beeping sound every 5 seconds for hours.I kinda knew something would eventually upset me at a hood place like that.The only reason it got a 2 star is because it’s a suite so it’s a bigger room and a new McDonald’s is next door. Eu não me importei que a senhora me colocou no último andar e depois mentiu para mim sobre o elevador ser consertado no dia seguinte. Nunca foi consertado o todo que eu estou lá. Não me importava que Candlewood ainda estivesse marcado nas paredes, os corredores fedorentos ou que metade da academia e a máquina de lavar estivessem quebradas. Eu não me importava que eles limpassem apenas uma vez por semana; ou há acumuladores de longa data vivendo no térreo, monopolizando o carrinho de bagagem.
