“The downstairs main floor is beautiful, modern, and updated. The rooms however, are outdated, sad, and resemble a dorm room. I highly recommend the hotel paint the walls a fun color and consider hanging some actual paintings or something instead of bare sad White Walls everywhere you look.
The bed was fairly comfortable, but all furniture was dated.
The bathroom was updated which was nice, and the shower had good water pressure.
Breakfast is not free, which is a huge disappointment, and it'll set you back about $20.”

“Stayed for about a week on business in a king deluxe room on the top floor. Upon check-in, the staff didn't even know where the room was located, and key cards were never activated. Room was spacious and clean, but felt dated.Bed was nice. Couldn't hear much road noise, but heard everything in the hallway. Breakfast was bland, and ended up skipping using my free vouchers after the first day. Overall it was fine.”

We were happy they had some craft beers including a stout to make my husband happy. The room was fine and the price was good. Everyone was nice. (They couldn't recommend any good places to walk from three for beer, but I didn't check either.)

The Hotel had a very welcoming feel. The layout and atmosphere was similar to most Hilton Garden Inns.i enjoy have a cooked to order omelette and a hot breakfast. The grounds were clean and well landscaped. The beds were new and very comfortable with four feather pillows. The bath linens were soft and luxurious. My only complaint is that the nightly rate of $552 per night seemed quite high. The bartender made a great old fashioned, complete with a round ball of ice.

Currently staying on the 3rd floor and the rooms are starting to look a little tired as they have not changed in the 4 or so years that I have been visiting. However they are still of a very good quality. The in room air con is highly effective. The fridge in my room whines a little but can easily be switched off. I have often stayed in this area and I keep coming back here because of the nice relaxed atmosphere. The four seasons has better rooms but the service and layout just cannot compare. This is a really great hotel with friendly staff, nice food and a good bar. The gym (recently expanded with all new equipment) and pool here are also excellent. They are slowly renovating (although I have never seen any evidence or heard construction noise) and visit after visit it just seems to be getting better and better. There is a notice in the car park that they are expanding with the construction of another 40 rooms. I hope this does not sacrifice too many parking spaces. If you are just passing through on your own then you may not immediately appreciate the relaxed atmosphere here but if you are staying a few nights and will be tired after work then you will see the benefit of this hotel, even more so if you are in a group. I recommend this.

A fairly standard hotel room. My only room option was the double queen room. Uninspiring and bland, the room served its purpose of providing overnight accommodations. Bathroom was good. Room service...

Don't use this property for a group event

While the function of the hotel itself is fine (I have used it before), the manager of groups is not professional. There are others in Mountain View who are. She was not responsive to answering...
