Qualidade muito decepcionante para este nível de preços.- Sem toalhas nos banheiros na praia- Cortei o pé com o vidro quebrado no meu banheiro (!) Quando cheguei. O quarto não foi devidamente limpo após os hóspedes anteriores. A gerência nem mesmo se desculpou.- A comida é muito média para preços ridículos. A equipe confundiu os pedidos, tivemos que esperar mais de 40 minutos para a comida chegar. Os cocktails custam mais de 20 €. As saladas começam com 30 €. Uma noite eles disseram que não tinham vinho turco - apenas europeu com preços a partir de 150 € para uma garrafa simples de Gavi ... que não passa de 30-40 € nos melhores restaurantes de Londres.- O café da manhã estava uma bagunça com pedidos confusos. Às vezes, nossos brindes nunca chegavam, mesmo quando pedíamos 3-4 vezes.- Não podíamos relaxar por causa dos gritos das crianças não só na piscina, mas até no bar depois das 21h. Very disappointing quality for this level of pricing. - No towels in the toilets on the beach - I cut my foot with the broken glass in my bathroom (!) when arrived. The room was not cleaned properly after the previous guests. The management didn’t even apologized. - The food is very average for ridiculous prices. The staff confused orders, we had to wait over 40minutes for the food to arrive. Cocktails are over 20€. Salads start with 30€. One night they said they don’t have any Turkish wine - only European with prices starting from 150€ for simple bottle of Gavi... which is not more than 30-40€ in top London restaurants. - Breakfast was a mess with confused orders. Sometimes our toasts never arrived even when we asked 3-4 times. - We couldn’t relax because of the screaming children not only by the pool, but even in the bar after 9pm. When I asked the stuff to manage the situation at 9pm in the bar and talk to parents - they said there’s nothing they can do... - Oh, and they charge 3€ per day for the WiFi ;) I am still intrigued why they didn’t include it in the cost of the room... - Yet the territory is very nice. Reception lady and concierge were lovey and friendly. The service and attention to small details are definitely not up to other Mandarin hotels which is a shame.

Nós realmente apreciamos a nossa estadia no MO Bodrum. A equipe nos fez sentir muito relaxados e em casa com sua maneira amigável e alegre. We really enjoyed our stay at the MO Bodrum. The staff made us feel very relaxed and at home with their friendly and cheerful manner. The landscape and nature is stunning, with amazing views from the rooms and all over the resort. The interiors and architecture of the main hotel building and other facilities were very impressive, with a lot of attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, some with their own private pool as well. Food was delicious, from the room service to restaurants. We particularly loved the breakfast live pastry and coffee stations, and Blue Beach club for lunch.Overall, it exceeded our expectations and feels like paradise on earth. We want to thank the hotel staff for their hospitality, and very much look forward to my upcoming wedding at the resort this summer!
