O hotel cinco estrelas na margem esquerda da Ponte Carlos é muito conveniente para ir para a cidade velha na margem direita ou para a área do castelo na colina da margem esquerda. Não há nada a dizer sobre o serviço, é ótimo 👍!

One of the best hotelsin Prague ... service is so excellent from time of arrival till depary. Good location in the downtown of the coty with lot of things to do walking around . The staff were very friendly and cooperative. Rooms are very fantastic , large spave , good setting, nice atmosphere and so quite..hotel lobby needs some improvement but overall it was an excellent experience and definitely will come again to this hotel ....

Es un hotel muy elegante

Meu marido e eu ficamos no Mandarin Oriental em Praga, República Tcheca, de 21 a 23 de outubro de 2019. Descobrimos esse hotel por meio de um canal no YouTube chamado "The Luxury Travel Expert". Optamos por ter o serviço de motorista de e para o aeroporto por uma taxa extra de aproximadamente $ 100 USD em cada sentido e, por estar tão cansado quanto nós, valeu a pena. Fomos recebidos e mostrados nosso quarto por Adela, que também nos registrou, em nosso quarto, que é um serviço fantástico para viajantes cansados. Adela e toda a equipe fizeram a nossa estadia muito relaxante e agradável. O quarto que reservamos era o quarto Deluxe, mas foi atualizado para o quarto Deluxe Garden. Era espaçoso, acolhedor, limpo e convidativo, com uma vista maravilhosa do jardim. O banheiro era grande e luxuoso, com uma banheira funda e um grande chuveiro. A cama era macia e firme, com lençóis confortáveis, macios e quentes, edredom e muitos travesseiros. O serviço de limpeza foi excelente e eles foram acima e além para garantir a sua estadia foi o mais confortável, limpo e despreocupado possível. Meu marido usou o serviço de lavanderia oferecido pelo hotel e nunca experimentamos o alto nível de detalhes de qualquer hotel! O serviço de abertura foi fenomenal! O buffet de café-da-manhã que foi oferecido foi fantástico e o serviço foi impecável! Se você quiser ver o que eles oferecem, o vídeo que o especialista em viagens de luxo possui mostra todo o buffet. A equipe atendeu a nós quando precisávamos e não pairava, eles estavam atentos ainda nos deixou por conta própria. O hotel fica muito perto de uma parada de bonde na qual você pode pegar praticamente qualquer lugar da cidade. Você pode comprar bilhetes de bonde de um dia no balcão do concierge. A Ponte Charles não fica muito longe e o "Muro de Lenin" fica ao longo do caminho. Existem muitos locais para ver nesta bela cidade e gostaríamos de ter mais tempo para vê-los, mas isso nos deixará com mais para ver em nossa próxima visita. Outro canal do YouTube para procurar lugares para ver em Praga é o "The Honest Guide". Não podemos dizer o suficiente sobre o Mandarin Oriental Hotel nem sobre esta cidade deslumbrante. Planejamos visitar Praga novamente em um futuro próximo e planejamos ficar no Mandarin Oriental, pois eles tornaram nossa estadia confortável e acolhedora.

Ok. This is the sheer best. The staff is super kind and nice but not ‘four seasons’ disengaged formal. The rooms are simply the best. Spacious. Uber comfortable. The food is delicious and the building itself is ever so serene. I can’t fault it.

My husband and I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in Prague, Czech Republic from 21 Oct to 23 Oct of 2019.We found out about this hotel through a YouTube channel called "The Luxury Travel Expert".We chose to have the chauffeur service from and to the airport for the extra fee of approximately $100 USD each way and being as tired as we were, it was well worth it.We were greeted and shown our room by Adela, whom also checked us in, in our room, which is a fantastic service for tired travelers.Adela and the entire staff made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.The room we reserved was the Deluxe room, but was upgraded to the Deluxe Garden Room.It was roomy, warm, clean and inviting with a wonderful view of the garden.The bathroom was large and luxurious with a deep tub and a large shower.The bed was soft yet firm with comfortable, soft, and warm linen, comforter and plenty of pillows.The maid service was excellent and they went above and beyond to ensure your stay was as comfortable, clean and carefree as possible.My husband used the laundry service offered by the hotel and we have never experienced the high level of detail from any hotel ever! The turn down service was phenomenal! The breakfast buffet that was offered was fantastic and the service was immaculate! If you want to see what they offer, the video that the Luxury Travel Expert has shows the entire buffet. The staff attended to us when we needed it and didn't hover, they were attentive yet left us to our own.The hotel is very close to a tram stop in which you can take almost anywhere in the city.You can purchase one day tram tickets from the Concierge desk.The Charles Bridge isn't too far of a walk and the "Lenin Wall" is along the way.There are so many sites to see in this beautiful city and we wish we had more time to see them, but this will leave us with more to see on our next visit.Another YouTube channel to check out for places to see in Prague is "The Honest Guide".We can't say enough about the Mandarin Oriental Hotel nor about this gorgeous city.We plan on visiting Prague again in the near future and plan on staying at the Mandarin Oriental as they made our stay comfortable and welcoming.
