Muito bom hotel, excelentes quartos bem equipados podiam ter umas bebidas no mini bar sendo all inclusive, restaurante buffet ótimo completo, staff bastante prestavel e simpático, em especial ao nadador Salvador alex, aos Josés dos bares e aos animadores q animam o suficiente, piscina maravilhosa, com jacuzzi um pouco ultrapassado mas eficiente, a localização é do melhor que há , a 100mts da praia mas em cima do mar. Muito obrigado voltarei de certeza.

Nossa terceira estadia neste hotel lindamente situado foi boa desta vez, mas não foi tão boa quanto as visitas anteriores. O copo de sangria não foi oferecido na chegada, eu senti que isso era uma recepção muito agradável anteriormente. As viúvas do restaurante estavam cobertas de sal e sujeira, mas foram limpas na véspera de nossa partida. O vidro ao redor da piscina e áreas de sol estavam absolutamente imundos. Os ralos em nosso banheiro certamente precisavam de limpeza! A maioria dos funcionários foram simpáticos, mas alguns dos funcionários do restaurante foram muito miseráveis. A comida era excelente mais uma vez e os funcionários domésticos muito simpáticos. O hotel geralmente parece cansado. Espero que todos esses pontos sejam abordados, pois o resort é realmente um dos nossos favoritos.

Our third stay at this beautifully situated hotel was good this time but no where near as good as the previous visits. The glass of sangria wasn't offered upon arrival, I felt this was a very pleasant welcome previously. The widows in the restaurant were covered in salt and dirt but were cleaned the day before we left. The glass surrounding the pool and sun areas were absolutely filthy. The drains in our bathroom certainly needed cleaning! Most staff were friendly but some of the restaurant staff were very miserable. Food was excellent once more and domestic staff very friendly. The hotel is generally looking tired. I hope all these points are addressed as the resort really is a favourite of ours.

Segunda experiência neste hotel, a primeira em 2017. Localização ideal, ótimo cenário, muito bonita cala. Um a menos, o hotel precisa de um rejuvenescimento, principalmente decoração, sem alterações desde 2017.

FERIADOS DE SONHO 😊. Hotel totalmente recomendado devido ao excelente tratamento dos funcionários do primeiro ao último dia. Quarto com vistas e condições imbatíveis, além do serviço de quarto rápido e eficiente. Buffet espetacular, grande variedade de comida com bom atendimento. Performances e atividades muito interessantes e divertidas todos os dias. Sem dúvida, estamos ansiosos para repetir essa grande experiência em breve.

Olá, ficamos uma noite. Quarto pequeno e envelhecido. Tapete no corredor com papéis na chegada e sempre na saída no dia seguinte. A pior restauração. Uma sala com os ladrilhos onde não vemos para trás. Pena que o mar está atrás. Realmente não é boa comida do café da manhã ao jantar… pessoal agradável. Você tem que seguir seu caminho.

Las mejores vacaciones en este hotel todo incluido. La ubicación excelente con playa donde puedes nadar, la comida del restaurante-buffet muy buena y la gente que trabaja en el hotel fue lo mejor. Hemos estado 4 días en el hotel,y lo recomendamos , la ubicacion es estupenda,en plena playa de cala llonga,casi todas las habitaciones tienen vistasa la playa, el buffet de la cena y desayunoespectaculares,con variedad y calidad y cuidando los detalles, la piscina y zona de hamacas muy chulos( el jacuzzi bien sin mas), el baño de la habitación super bien reformadocon ducha sin escalon, secador potente ,espero de aumento, gel champu crema del pelo y del cuerpo, buen aire acondicionado, buena terraza con mesita y sillas, y sobre todo mencionar el trato tan bueno q hemos recibido con mencion especial en la recepcion a Alvaro, un chico super resolutivo, agradable y simpatico. Nuestra habitación,no se si todas son iguales, estaba muy bien aunque el mobiliario ya no es especialmente nuevo. Tienen garaje gratuito, pista de tenis,mesa de pinpon, servicio de toalla,actuaciones p la noche etc. Volveremos si volvemos a ibiza sin dudar

Decidimos reservar aquí por ubicación pero solo llegar al hotel empezaron a aparecer desperfectos solo llegar a la habitación en la mantenimiento entró para cambiarnos los filtros del aire acondicionado solo llegar a la habitación nos dimos cuenta que el baño goteaba causa que no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche, Al día siguiente guarde cosas en la caja fuerte y se me quedaron dentro tuve que llamar al de mantenimiento. El mismo día estaba metido en la bañera hidromasaje y empezamos a notar el cosquilleo en los pies, cosa que pintaba que sería algún cable que estaba tocando el metal. Al bajar a recepción a quejarnos la chica nos dijo que tendría que llamar al de mantenimiento cosa que lo que nosotros elegimos era el cambio de la habitación. Al día siguiente volvimos a bajar a quejarnos y nos cambiaron de habitación nos ubicaron en otra en la que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Mi pareja estuvo toda la semana mal con el estómago cosa que pensamos que es de la comida del buffet. Podría decir infinidades de quejas respecto al hotel.

Hemos ido un grupo de amigos y lo hemos pasado genial. El personal es super atento, pero en especial Piedad, que gracias a ella nuestra estancia ha sido increíble.

VACACIONES SOÑADAS 😊. Hotel totalmente recomendable debido al excelente trato del personal desde el primero hasta el último día. Habitación con vistas y condicionesinmejorables, al igual que el propio servicio de habitaciones, rápido y eficaz. Buffet espectacular, gran variedad de comida con un buen servicio. Actuaciones y actividades durante todos los días muy interesantes y entretenidas. Sin duda alguna, estamos deseando repetir pronto esta gran experiencia.

Cala llonga é um lugar incrível, rodeado de verde e tranquilo, um pequeno oásis de serenidade e o paládio ajuda a criar a atmosfera. Nosso quarto tinha uma bela vista do mar, piscina e pinhal ao mesmo tempo. Limpeza suficientemente espaçosa e perfeita. As áreas comuns são super agradáveis, o restaurante é muito organizado e a comida sempre boa e fresca. O pessoal é sempre super cortês, gentil e prestativo tanto na recepção como no restaurante. Super café da manhã internacional. 💓💓💓

Para nosotros este hotel no hace justicia al grupo Palladium. La infraestructura del hotel deja mucho que desear, muchas grietas, desgaste y falta de mantenimiento. En el hotel falta personal y los que están se las arreglan como pueden. También falta limpieza en zonas comunes (terraza y hamacas). En nuestra habitación bastante olor a cañerías, la luz del wc como en una discoteca, el agua de la ducha se sale y bueno un desastre después de cada ducha, el aire acondicionado funcionaba a ratos y con poca potencia, teníamos una trampilla en el techo que cuando corría un poco de brisa empezaba a moverse y a dar golpes.Tenemos que puntualizar el trabajo maravilloso de algunos trabajadores como Piedad que han hecho que nuestra estancia sea mucho más agradable

Having already put a review on tripadvisor I just wanted to say what a fab week we had at this lovely hotel.The staff and location make this the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.There’s plenty of variety at meal times.We were half board but upgraded to a drinks package and this was great for us ! Covid safety very good andtemp checks at meal times made me feel really safe! Maria Xavi and Isador very attentive ! Sea view a must ! You do get complimentary tea and coffee on the first day which was a shame … having that refilled daily foc would be a small something which would mean so much ! Thank you again we will return 😘 Debbie and Martin x

Well located hotel, great for open sea swimming, but definitely needs a makeover, room bathrooms have seen better days, lifts don't go the pool floor meaning a lot of walking up and down stairs, only two small lifts for a pretty large hotel not great, gym a joke very basic, outside restaurant in garden closed despite TUI listing it as part of the attraction, the sagging tennis court net sums this place up. Staff very good, best feature

Just spent our 3rd annual holiday at this hotel. Staff are extremely professional and very friendly. The food at the hotel is excellent and varied. After our 3rd year we are starting to see the hotel looking a bit "used". The cleanliness and equipment in the bathroom could be improved. The evening entertainment seems to have drifted down a bit in quality, most of the acts are on their own singing with backing from a karaoke machine. However, I still think the hotel deserves the 4 stars I have given it. Two years ago I would have given it 5 stars.

First of all Cala Llonga is a beautiful town with a great view, good vibes and fantastic restaurants. We were saved with getting one of the best rooms at this hotel with a private deck area and view of the cove/town. Other than this the hotel was below average at best, for those of us that are used to true “all inclusive” resorts this is not what you will experience at this resort. Of 5 nights we ate 1 lunch at the resort and had our 1 “restaurant dinner” at the resort and the rest of the time we spent in the town for lunches and dinners. The hotel boasts 3 restaurants which is very misleading as there is a buffet and then another “restaurant” that rotates between an Italian/Mediterranean & Asian spot but you are only able to eat their 1 night during your stay, the rest of the time you are expected to eat at the buffet which looks like a middle school cafeteria selection. The night that we got to enjoy the restaurant the food was less than impressive, most of the option you would expect (steak, lobster) were on the menu for a significant up charge, I went with the Pork Loins and they were as chewy as a rubber tire. We then proceeded to leave our meal and go eat dinner in town as there truly are a host of great options just a short walk from the resort. Not only did we not really eat on the resort, we did not hang out at the resort during the day as well. If you don’t want to wake up at 8AM on your vacation to go reserve your spot at the pool then you will likely have to find a much less desirable spot on the hill with no real access to the pool. We spent each of our days going down to the beach and paying the 18euros for our own spot under an umbrella and near the water. The beach and water are perfect and when you top that off from the view from the beach in the cove it does not get much better than that. So in a way not being able to get a spot at the pool helped us to find what would quickly become our favorite part of the trip. The rooms were also very hot, they give you a card that runs all of the electricity in the room and if you allow housekeeping to come in and clean the room or refresh the towels they take the card out of the wall and the AC stops running. We came back to our room and it was at least 80 degrees a few times, to the point we stopped requesting housekeeping so the room would just be cool for us to sleep. I will say that all of the people at the hotel were nice, the staff was courteous and kind. If we had been stuck in a room that was not as nice as the one we got this trip could have been disastrous. We truly did love the town of Cala Llonga and would even consider returning to this resort with the very strict understanding that we were given the same room.

We had a great week here at the end of July to celebrate our anniversary. Staff are fabulous. Lovely view from our room and so pleased we were all inclusive. Food and drinks were super. Only 2 comments for your attention. 1. Please look to put in a small hotel shop to sell newspapers. Everyone we spoke to wanted a daily paper. It could also sell chocolate, crisps and souvenirs. 2. Lost track of the hundreds of plastic water bottles given out every day. Single use plastic must stop. Please see if you can get recyclable bottles like your plastic glasses given out to pool users. We will certainly return. Thank you to all who made our holiday so good.

Really lovely hotel but very much designed to suit more mature people. Our group was in our 40s & 50s but even we felt old. Entertainment was again more suited to the older folk. Beds were not very comfortable, rooms were tiny but clean. Food and staff were 1st class.

Lovely place staff and food excellent. Needs a few pictures in dining room at far wall as bit bland. The views are amazing from other end. Bedrooms are average size beds comfy. Shower In Bathroom really good lots of toiletries provided dressing gowns slippers nice touch.
