“Although the room seemed pretty clean, the mildew smell was horrible and the wear & tear was visible despite the attempt to cover it up. As mentioned several times, towels seem to be an issue. No face towels or washcloths available. The pool was freezing and gets no sun during the day. There was no breakfast available. Covid mandates weren’t being enforced. The worst part was when my son’s headboard fell off at 3:00am. Luckilyhe didn’t get hurt, but it could’ve been disastrous. We won’t be returning.”

“I never write bad reviews. I only write reviews when I want to brag on an establishment. I feel as if this hotel completely warrants a bad review. First of all, when I went to check in I had to wait in line for approximately 45 minutes. Not a big deal, I am a patient person. But I was charged twice for my booking. Once when I made the booking, and again when I checked in. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. I have tried to call multiple departments, multiple times of day, no answer. Very poor customer service.”
