Lixo sujo nos corredores cara rude no check-in neste lugar é muito capô e gueto o nome Hilton não deve ser anexado a ele porque é muito enganoso! Trouxe minha família aqui no Ano Novo para fugir dos vizinhos que gostam de atirar suas armas para o ar pensando que isso seria uma fuga agradável e tranquila, nem todas as pessoas estavam correndo pelos corredores a noite toda fazendo festas, embora haja uma placa lá embaixo que diz que não há festas! Alguém tentou arrombar nossa porta conjugada, provavelmente um bêbado, este lugar é uma piada, deveríamos ter ficado em casa sem dormir!

Eu pensei que o quarto estava limpo até que vimos aqueles trapos sujos no armário no chão. Se você procura paz e sossego este não é o lugar. Fiquei chocado com a quantidade de barulho lá. Decidimos que este não era o lugar para nós e saímos.

Pensé que la habitación estaba limpia hasta que vimos esos trapos sucios en el armario del piso. Si buscas paz y tranquilidad, este no es el lugar. Me sorprendió la cantidad de ruido que había. Decidimos que este no era el lugar para nosotros y nos fuimos.

I thought the room was clean until we seen those dirty wash rags in the closet on the floor. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. I was shocked by the amount of noise there. We decided this was not the place for us and left.

Dirty trash in the halls rude guy at check in this place is very hood and ghetto the name Hilton shouldn’t be attached to it because it’s very misleading! Brought my family here over New Years to get away from the neighbors who like to shoot their guns in the air thinking this would be a nice and quiet peaceful getaway not at all people were running through the halls all night loud having parties even though there is a sign downstairs that says no parties! Someone tried to breakin our conjoining door probably a drunk this place is a joke we should’ve stayed home did not get any sleep!

O Hilton removeu o check-in sem contato completo e faz com que você faça o check-in novamente pessoalmente durante uma pandemia com uma nova variante.Eles dizem que "aceita animais de estimação", mas cobram US $ 50 por um cão de 10 libras, o que eles não dizem até você fazer o check-in. Eu poderia abrigar um sem-teto por 1 noite com essa taxa. Além disso, o hotel precisa dar uma gorjeta para a limpeza da casa com esse dinheiro. Em outros hotéis deixo $ 20 para as camareiras, mas não aqui. O ganancioso hotel pode dar uma gorjeta a eles.Também não é bem conservado, e não é o lugar mais limpo que já fiquei. Metade das luzes não funciona. Pessoal presunçoso da recepção. Obviamente, não voltarei. Aconselho as pessoas com cães a irem para outro lugar. Hyatt House acolhe animais de estimação sem assaltá-lo com uma taxa escondida.

Eu normalmente fico em Hampton Inns porque sei o que esperar. Os quartos são geralmente espaçosos e convenientes e eu gosto do café da manhã de cortesia. Este foi o esperado, mas pudemos ouvir as pessoas no corredor muito claramente. Depois de chegar em casa, percebi que deixei o carregador do meu monitor de fitness. Liguei para a recepção para ver como eu poderia recuperá-lo e o sujeito informou que ninguém havia entregado um. Isso me diz que a limpeza deve ter guardado, o que é decepcionante. Deixei uma boa dica para eles.

É sempre o nosso lugar "ir para" quando ficamos em Little Rock. Recentemente, experimentamos um novo hotel perto da casa de um membro da família por sugestão dele, e isso realmente nos fez perceber o valor que sempre obtemos no Hampton Inn pelo preço. Os funcionários são sempre simpáticos, o pequeno-almoço é sempre muito bom e satisfatório, os quartos são enormes e as suites têm uma excelente relação qualidade / preço. Entrar e sair foi fácil e a localização era perfeita. Nós já esteve aqui muitas vezes e nunca tivemos uma experiência ruim.

Siempre es nuestro "lugar al que ir" cuando nos hospedamos en Little Rock. Recientemente probamos un nuevo hotel cerca de la casa de un miembro de la familia por sugerencia suya y realmente nos hizo darnos cuenta del valor que siempre obtenemos en el Hampton Inn por el precio. El personal es siempre amable, el desayuno siempre es muy bueno y satisfactorio, las habitaciones son enormes y las suites tienen una excelente relación calidad-precio. Entrar y salir fue fácil y la ubicación perfecta. Nos hemos alojado aquí muchas veces y nunca he tenido una mala experiencia.

Normalmente me alojo en Hampton Inns porque sé qué esperar. Las habitaciones suelen ser espaciosas y convenientes y me gusta el desayuno de cortesía. Este fue el esperado, pero pudimos escuchar a la gente en el pasillo con mucha claridad. Después de llegar a casa, me di cuenta de que había dejado mi cargador para mi monitor de actividad. Llamé a la recepción para ver cómo podía recuperarlo y el compañero me informó que nadie había entregado uno. It is always our "go to" place when we stay in Little Rock. We recently tried a new hotel near a family member's home at his suggestion and it really made us realize what value we always get at Hampton Inn for the price. The staff are always friendly, the breakfast is always very good and satisfying, the rooms are huge and the suites are a great value for the money spent. Getting in and out was easy and the location was perfect. We have stayed here many times and have never had a bad experience.

Hilton has removed full contactless check-in and makes you check-in again in-person during a pandemic with a new variant. They say “pet friendly” but charge $ $50 for a 10 lb dog, which they don’t tell you until you check-in. I could house a homeless person for 1 night with that fee. Also, the hotel needs to tip housecleaning out of that money. At other hotels I leave $20 for the maids, but not here. The greedy hotel can tip them. It is also not well maintained, and not the cleanest place I have stayed either. Half the lights don’t work. Smug front desk staff. Obviously I won’t be returning. I advise people with dogs to go elsewhere. Hyatt House welcomes pets without mugging you with a hidden fee.

I usually stay in Hampton Inns because I know what to expect. The rooms are usually roomy and convenient and I like the complimentary breakfast. This one was as expected but we were able to hear people in the hall very clearly. I realized after I got home that I had left my charger for my fitness tracker. I called the front desk to see how I could get it back and the fellow informed that no one had turned one in. This tells me that housekeeping must have kept it, which is disappointing. I left them a good tip.

In a safe part of Little Rock with many nearby restaurants, both fast food and nice restaurants. There is nearby a Starbucks and gas stations with lower prices than on the Interstate.. Beautiful newly remodeled rooms. Lobby and breakfast area is like a mountain lodge. Rates are competitive and Hilton Honors perks are wonderful as well as the customer service. Was a great night's sleep. Quite location.

O hotel era limpo e muito agradável. A equipe em geral foi bom. O gerente geral Courtney é TERRÍVEL !! Eu fiquei em vários locais diferentes e nunca experimentei um ponto em que o gerente geral não tentasse resolver uma preocupação simples. Sua principal preocupação era sobre minhas taxas e quem reservou meus quartos. O melhor conselho é não ter problemas durante a sua estadia, ou você não os resolverá se ela tiver que fazer algum trabalho real.

The hotel was clean and very nice. Staff overall were nice. The general manager Courtney is TERRIBLE!! I’ve stayed at several different locations and never experienced a point where the General manager did not attempt to resolve a simple concern. Her main concern wasabout my rates and who booked my rooms. Best advice is to not have any issues during your stay or you will not get them resolved if she has to do any actual work.

¡Tuvimos una gran experiencia aquí! El personal era amable y la semilla del hotel estaba limpia. ¡Nos encantó nuestra habitación! Era espacioso con una puerta que separaba el dormitorio de la sala de estar. Usamos la cama plegable del sofá para los niños que ya tenían sábanas. El lavabo estaba fuera del baño para que pudiéramos agilizar la hora de dormir, lo cual fue agradable. Pensamos que la decoración estaba bien hecha y nos encantó el tamaño de la nevera. La mesa también era de gran tamaño. No había ninguna construcción y no pensamos que el nivel de ruido fuera diferente al de cualquier otro hotel. Estábamos en la entrada de la puerta lateral y no nos dimos cuenta de que la gente entraba y salía. Hubo algo de ruido de gente que caminaba por encima de nosotros, pero nada que distrajera demasiado. El desayuno era normal con algunas opciones calientes pero nada espectacular. Sin embargo, la salchicha estaba bastante buena. En general, fue una estancia agradable, la piscina estaba abierta para su uso y todo cumplió o superó las expectativas. Con 3 adultos y 3 niños, ¡sin duda nos alojaríamos de nuevo!

Nós tivemos uma ótima experiência aqui! A equipe foi simpática e as sementes do hotel limpo. Nós amamos nosso quarto! Era espaçoso, com uma porta que separava o quarto da sala de estar. Usamos a cama dobrável do sofá para os pequenos que já tinham lençóis. A pia ficava fora do banheiro para que pudéssemos agilizar a hora de dormir, o que era bom. Nós pensamos que a decoração estava bem feita e amamos o tamanho da geladeira. A mesa também era de um tamanho grande. Não havia nenhuma construção em tudo e nós não pensamos que o nível de ruído era diferente de qualquer outro hotel. Estávamos na entrada da porta lateral e não percebemos as pessoas entrando e saindo. Houve algum barulho de pessoas andando acima de nós, mas nada super distrativo. O café da manhã era normal, com algumas opções quentes, mas nada de espetacular. A salsicha estava muito boa, no entanto. No geral, foi uma estadia agradável, a piscina estava realmente aberta para uso e tudo atendeu ou superou as expectativas. Com 3 adultos e 3 crianças, ficaríamos novamente!

We had a great experience here! The staff was friendly and the hotel seed clean. We loved our room! It was roomy with a door separating the bedroom from the living room. We used the pullout bed from the couch for the kiddos which already had sheets on it. The sink was outside the bathroom so we could streamline bedtime, which was nice. We thought the decor was nicely done and loved the size of the fridge. The table was also a great size. There was no construction at all and we didn't think the noise level was any different than any other hotel. We were by the side door entrance and didn't notice people going in and out. There was some noise from people walking above us, but nothing super distracting. Breakfast was normal with a few hot options but nothing spectacular. The sausage was pretty good, though. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, the pool was actually open for use, and everything met or exceeded expectation. With 3 adults and 3 kids, we would definitely stay again!
