O quarto é amplo, a mobília é bem antiga, o frigobar só tem água apesar de all inclusive, o box não tem porta, o ar condicionado funciona, mas é muito barulhento. A área externa é bem ampla e arborizada. A praia é ótima, mas faltam cadeiras, para consegui-lás é necessário chegar bem cedo. Existem bares nas piscinas, só servem bebidas. Na chegada não havia maleteiro para transportar as malas até o quarto, da recepção ao quarto foram 700 m. Existem 4 restaurantes. No principal a comida é bem ruim, a pouca carne bovina oferecida é muito dura. Frutos do mar, nem pensar. Nos outros 3, italiano, mexicano e gourmet (francês), só reservando, para reservar somente na portaria de 09 as 11:00, gerando grandes filas. Em todos os 3 restaurantes os garçons não sabem explicar os pratos, nunca sabem o acompanhamento, os filés são lastimáveis. A comida no geral é fraca. A internet free somente em um local e é ruim. A internet paga custa 10 dólares por dia.

Visitei o Resort Vista Sol em 2017, adorei, tudo muito bom, atendentes simpáticos, ambiente limpo e muito alegre e uma tranquilidade excelente. Um dia voltarei.

Acabamos de volver de este hotel , es buena la distribución que tiene ya que es todo bastante cerca dentro del mismo. El entorno natural es muy lindo, la comida del buffet es rica, tiene un sistema de reserva de restaurant temáticos practica y son una linda experiencia , los tragos sobretodo los del lobbi son ricos PERO….. LA PLAYA es la más fea de la zona . Tiene palmeras y casuarinas que largan coquitos y mantienen la arena bastante sucia, es una Playa que de tarde no se puede usar ya que los mismos árboles le da sombra lo que hace que no se pueda disfrutar del sol . Tema aparte es un gran escalón de arena qué hay para poder acceder al mar el cual tiene raíces , una persona con dificultades en la locomoción no podría subirlo . El snack tiene un aspecto sucio .Otra cuestión es la limpieza de la misma , hay ausencia de personal para realizarla, y escasos contenedores donde dejar los vasos y la suciedad lo que hace que la gente por lo general deje todo tirado .Las habitaciones son lindas pero las que nos toco teñí olor a humedad , tema aparte la almohada, sin forma y no podías tener un descanso aceptable . No hay nada la 24 hs como para poder tomar un café , nos tuvimos que ir sin desayunar , sin poder tomar un jugo temprano en la mañana porque el comedor aún está cerrado .No hay propuesta d animación, es súper escasa y dirigida solo a un idioma lo cual no lo hace inclusivo al resto de los huéspedes.EL PERSONAL un desastre, muy mal trato uno que habla el mismo idioma que ellos les pide las cosas con un por favor un Gracias y no hay respuesta por medio del mismo . El buffet tiene un sistema en el cual el personal te sirve la comida y uno va con amabilidad a servirse y no una sonrisa se recibe desde el otro lado , se entiende qué hay gente de otras lenguas que horriblemente señala lo que quiere, pero uno va con cordialidad y no te devuelven la misma .

Del hotel no nos gustaron 3cosas,primero es la única playa que se queda sin sol temprano en la tarde, ya que tiene una arboleda de casuarinas,que además ensucia la arena . La playa no está preparada para personas con movilidad reducida, tiene un escalón con raíces , para bajar al mar . Segundo el entrenamiento es escaso, sin propuestas para todos los idiomas. En la noche termina a las 23 hs y en la semana que estuvimos no hubo ningún espectáculo. Y la tercera el personal e poco amable en su gran mayoría . Lo bueno fue la comida , y los restaurantes temáticos y el sistema para reservarlos. El mejor el restaurante asiático !!! riquísimo entretenido

Canadians beware - make sure you eat a weeks worth of food before coming because you’ll barely want to touch 90% of the food here (I am far from a picky eater). The sushi restaurant used canned tuna and hot dogs. I spent way too much to eat elementary cafeteria food. The beach and the resort is surprisingly nice nice but our stay was ruined by the food. Definitely walk or Uber form the street for some good food, we loved Onnos.

Just returned from one week vacation which I thoroughly enjoyed. It's a beautiful resort and well maintained. I was basically there to relax and soak up the sun. You must remember that standards there are not the same rating as in Canada nor is the food but you can always find good food. A big shout out to Ramona at the pool bar with a cheery smile. Yes rooms are dated but who goes to D.R to stay in their room! I will go back.

Una decepción total (pongo una estrella porque no puedo menos) Lo único bueno de haber venido es el clima… Vinimos a pasar nochevieja y todo un desastre. La comida, la organizacion, los empleados son una autentica decepcion. Parece que te perdonan la vida cuando vas a comer aunque seas amable, encima de que sea una comida lamentable. Los restos de los dias anteriores del buffet te los ponen en los restaurantes que se supone que son de mas calidad. La cena de nochevieja, con la comida cruda. Colas eternas para un cafe. Habitaciones sucias y camas sin hacer o mal hechas. Si no les dices que te limpien la habitacion, llegas y te la encuentras tal cual. Nadie sabe nada, pero todos a por las propinas. En cuanto al transporte desde el aeropuerto al hotel, mejor coger un taxi porque te tiras 2 horas en un camino de 20 min. Te cobran por todo a pesar de que ya pagues un pastizal para venir. El gimnasio estaba muy bien eso hay que reconocerlo. Por lo demás, no volvería nunca.

Acabamos de estar 10 días de maravilla, hemos recibido un trato inmejorable, y el hotel está situado en la zona de playa más bonita. I have never written a review on a hotel/ resort but unfortunately my experience was awful that I wish no one has to waste their money at this place. The service was absolutely horrible! No one was nice or had manners. If you asked for the most minimum thing they would basically say no or tell you to ask someone else which then that person would not be helpful at all. Food and drinks were terrible as well. Our first day there we were ready to leave because the room they gave us was so outdated, broken, dirty, and smelled like mold. After we complained and told them we wanted to leave they gave us a better room so we decided to give it a chance. That was a mistake… The staff was absolutely rude everywhere you went. My partner and I would be so nice, said please and thank you just to have them look at us with the worse face ever and not even say a single word back. The food at the “restaurants” was basically the same as the buffet but took an hour to be served. We walked out both nights and went to the buffet. People that served at the buffet served you with a horrible attitude! No joke, I can’t even explain how rude they were. The only good thing about this place was the entertainment staff (since they were actually nice) and the animals they had around the resort.

En primer lugar quiero aclarar q mi familia y yo es la quinta vez q vamos a Punta Cana a diferentes hoteles, y nuestra visita en Vista Sol ha sido la peor, tanto la comida cómo el servicio del comedor es pésimo, tratar con empleados que te hacían pensar que no les gustaba su trabajo, les pedías algo con amabilidad y te ponían mala cara y mal servicio, por otra parte la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho q desear, camas mal hechas, suelos sucios y baños sucios lo único bueno que te cambiaban las toallas todos los días,por lo demás tanto instalaciones, playa y sobre todo animación son aceptables. Siento poner esta crítica por q no suelo hacerlo,

The staff at front are extremely rude.... never answer the phone. The buffet the food is cold. Mexican and Italian restaurants were good. The bar at the front are rude by calling me fat by rubbing their stomach and laughing. The pool bars the ladies were nice. The rooms are out dated. The TV didn’t work had replaced. Air conditioner stopped working and they didn’t fix it. Fixed it myself by removing the card that controls hydro The beach was good. If you have a couple hundred extra I really recommend going to another resort 💯

Por se tratar de um sistema all inclusive, p não que poderia ir até mais tarde.A comida é excelente. Recomendo fazer reserva no restaurante japonês.

I went to Viesta Sol From August 28-September 4 for a week away. When I arrived the staff was wonderful however we had to venture off and find out room on our own. Please note this hotel is not accessible for someone with mobility problems. There are no elevators. Upon arrival to our room I noticed that the furniture is pretty old, there was a lot of rust in the bathroom area. At one point my selling was leaking. Wifi is not accessible in your room, however there are different wifi stations in the resort. Honestly that was pretty problematic to say the least. I would advice you to get a sims card from the locals. Also, the beaches in Punta cana are horrible, it was filled with seaweed, the water is not crystal clear… you have been warned! Thankfully at the resort there are lots of pools. Regarding the excursions please be advised you will not be seeing dolphins out in the ocean they are in a pool. You will be asked to tip almost everyone that provides you services.Food at the resort is a hit and a miss. I went out of the resort to get food, it felt pretty safe but if you’re a woman you will get catcalled. At no point was I in fear tho.The gym is nice and so is the spa. The snack bar at the resort is burgers and nachos no real veggie options.

Hotel at general was very nice and we were satisfied. with small issues.Gardens - very beautiful, palms everywhere, awesome view from the hotel room and restaurant. Pools -3 options, clean, big and every has own bar with lot of drinks Restaurants- I liked breakfast the most, lot of variations of food. Great Mexican restaurant include of all inclusive. Lobby - very nice and modern, with bar, wifi working, lot of seating options. Hotel room - rooms are in smaller buildings which I liked but rooms are not on the same level as public places in the resort (older furniture, not many accesories). Probably in the process of modernization. But there was nice balcony, working TV, and AIR condition. Cleaning - was done every day but could be litlle bit better as halls in the building were sometimes not clean enough for 4* resort. Beach - water was warm, sand white but there was a big problem with sea grass. This is problem of whole island. There were people cleaning it all day but it was not enouht. Maybe some machines could support. Be prepared that outside people will offer you something during whole day - trips, cigaras, jewelery... People in the resort were kind and helpful.If I would go next time to Punta Cana I would choose this resort again.

Sería 5 estrellas si tuvieran personal mas amable e informado. Pregunté a 5 camareras sobre diferentes servicios del hotel ejemplo horarios de atención, ubicación de restaurantes, comidas, etc y ninguna supo que decir, al parecer no están informadas. Llevo 3 días viendo platos sucios cerca a la piscina el no personal del hotel pasa por encima de ellos y no los recogen! Se nota que solo trabajan por un sueldo. No les gusta lo que hacen. Al bartender le di las gracias por haberme servido una cerveza... su respuesta fue: las gracias se ven en las propinas! No le volví a dar las gracias y tampoco le dejé propina.

Un hotel muy confortable, con personas amables y trabajadoras, habitaciones funcionales y de fácil acceso. En mi visita a punta cana decidí quedarme 3 semanas en Vista Sol, ya que tiene una variedad interesante en restaurantes. Las piscinas son excelentes para el disfrute de adultos como para los pequeños. Dentro del hotel puedes encontrar una variedad de bebidas tanto nacionales como internacionales, la comida del buffet seria un punto que se puede mejorar, debido a la poca variedad y el sabor no muy a la altura de 4 estrellas.La habitación estaba completa con camas confortables para descansar tranquilamente, todo en orden y limpio, la vista desde el balcón era magnífica ya que podia ver la playa y sus alrededores. El hotel cuenta con diferentes bares hasta tarde de la noche, lo cual te permite disfrutar de un rico Cocktail o algún snack. Lamentablemente no teníamos acceso a la discoteca debido a la situación del COVID, pero el hotel cuenta con todas las medidas necesarias.Un punto a mejorar seria el servicio de internet que solo es libre en el área del Lobby y no funciona muy bien.También se destaca la animación muy entretenida para todo tipo de público con shows variados cada noche y los diferentes deportes y juegos en el día.Pero en definitiva la gente que trabaja aquí es el alma del hotel, gente amable, que te llama por tu nombre como si fuera parte de tu familia, que te reciben con una sonrisa y con mucho afecto, eso vale mucho.

But during our stay were the locks on doors changed, so hopefully it will be better now. What is important to say, beach is full of see weed. They are cleaning it constantly. Muy buen hotel, no muy grande con todo serca. Lo mejor la atención de las personas, todas muy amables. El bufete está bien, en los restaurantes se come muy rico, tienen un sistema de reserva bastante fácil de usar.

La comida es muy buena, hay variedad en la mañana y tarde, en la noche ponen lo mismo de la 12. Pero todo muy bueno. El servicio de todo el personal es excelente y las habitaciones lo único malo es que las camas son muy pequeñas.

Vista sol was tremendously clean and met our expectations. Best part about this resort is it size. We were 2 minutes away from everything single thing in resort like buffet, beach, pool. Beach are kept super clean at all times so do pool. Staff was super accommodating and goes extra mile to meet your expectations. This is definitely worth visiting.

I love it. Hotel building reminds me Dirty Dancing movies 😜 Territory is great, I love all the birds around while you are enjoying your food. The resort was nice with clean rooms. We stayed in the VIP right on the beach, which is a very long walk to the dining room and lobby, but that wasn’t the problem for me. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, like sleeping on the floor!!! They don’t even supply washcloths! The food was TERRIBLE and cold!!! Will never go back!

Clean rooms, very nice staff. I was in the gym the other day and because I train bare foot usually, I wore flip flops. Someone came up to me from the staff to tell me that I am not allowed to be in flip flops and I said sorry I didn’t know, and he said sorry and he got me a pair of training shoes so I can continue my training. Hotel fraco para um 4 estrelas. Acabamento dos quartos fraco... asseio nas casas de banho... fraco...telefone do quarto avariado durante todo o período da estadia apesar de vários pedidos de assistência. Comando da TV 4 dias a pedir a colocação de pilhas. Comida mediana. Simpatia mediana. Praia razoável. Espaço circundante muito bem cuidado e prazeroso os jardins...de 0 a 5 daria a nota 3,5.

@cultofoodie: Un hotel hermosos de gran tamaño, con un buffet y varios restaurantes de distintos tipos de gastronomía, discoteca, plaza de eventos, spa, piscinas, canchas de voley y futbol playa, barras de bebidas incluidas y una maravillosa vista al mar.Las habitaciones son super cómodas, muy frescas y elegantes, las mas exclusivas o las familiares tienen todo lo que se necesita, son grandes de dos pisos y al pie de la playa, también hay unas más económicas per de igual manera lindas y las mantienen bien aseadas y ordenadas, además tienen balcón.Recomiendo aprovechar su buffet al desayuno, tienen muchas opciones todas muy buenas, como todos los frutos secos que quieras tomar, en cuanto a sus restaurantes, recomiendo el restaurante mexicano y el restaurante de comida nikkei.Por último, su espacios de esparcimiento y relajación son muy agradables, amplios y hacen actividades muy entretenidas, hay algunas tiendas cerca para comprar recuerdos y camastros para tomar el sol o descansar, además tienen duchas muy geniales para no salir tan lleno de arena desde la playa a la habitación.

Hermoso hotel, buena atención de todos los camareros, mozos, los chicos del bar y del restaurant. Lo mejor sin dudas es la onda que le ponen los animadores !!!!! Sobre todo Jonh !!!! Sobre el hotel... Deberían tener un mejor internet, ya que al estar solo gratis en el teatro andaba mal muchas veces. También una mejor solución para los pasajeros que llegan a las 5 AM. lo demás todo bien,habitaciones amplias, aunque las camas miden 1,20 aprox. Son chicas para matrimoniales.

We were recently at Vista sol. There was a large group of us. All family and close friends. We found the resort beautiful and very clean. All the staff was super friendly especially the bartender we went to "anyi" she was amazing and made us feel like we were at home. I would definitely go back again next year.

una estadía espectacular gracias por hacer mis vacaciones en familia excelentes!!! me encantó la playa limpia y turquesa ... la comida muy variada ... la animación excelente!!! sigan adelante dios mediante nos vemos en un año!!!

El lugar en general me gusta , he estado algunas 3 veces en el hotel , lo único que no entiendo es el trato de los seguridad de la puerta , siempre vengo en carro y esas personas actúan como que uno debe hacerle algún tipo de reverencia para dejarte pasar. Hoy en específico el señor ve el vehículo y ni siquiera se acerca a preguntar a donde vas , después te dejan esperando actuando como si ellos por un teléfono fueran una especie de recepción del hotel , como que la gente anda entrando a hoteles a comer y beber sin bandas. Espectacular, los personajes le dañan la primera impresión al hotel.

No se por donde empezar por que realmente nuestra estancia en este hotel ha sido espectacular. Primero de todo por que me parece lo más importante y por lo que si puedo volveré a este hotel y no ha otro,SUS EMPLEADOS, lo pongo en mayusculas por que es realmente lo que diferencia un sitio de otro, en general han sido personas amables y atentas más allá de su trabajo y eso se nota tratan con mucho cariño a la gente y te hacen sentir especial. Tanto mi pareja como yo pensamos lo mismo un super 10 para el personal de animación, son increíbles de verdad diría a la dirección del hotel que cuiden mucho a estas personas ( Chayanne, Giseily y Lenny ) hacen de verdad un trabajo increíble y te hacen sentir parte de una familia,leí el lema del hotel y creo que ellos lo representan con sus actos. Dejando a un lado la parte más destacable de este hotel entro a comentar la comida. Habiendo estado en otros hoteles con Buffet he de reconocer que no es de los que más variedad he encontrado que tengan pero creo que no es problema cuando la comida está rica, y aquí lo está. Los desayunos abundantes tienes la posibilidad de que te hagan tortilla francesa que decimos en España al momento con los ingredientes que quieras añadirle muy rica,los croissant me encantaron lo hecho de menos :P,hay de todo pero destacó esas dos cositas. En cuanto a cenas y comidas en el buffet también ricas varían algunas cosas pero otras se repiten como la posibilidad de que te cocine un chef al momento la pasta al gusto muy rica. Para los restaurantes temáticos tienes que reservar previamente es fácil en el Hall del hotel hay una persona que está para esto y te dice los días y restaurantes disponibles la antelación de reserva va desde el mismo día ( si tu disponibilidad ) hasta dos días después no se puede mas; y sólo dos reservas por día. Nosotros probamos Japonés,Groumet, Americano y Mexicano. Recomendariamos el Japonés por el espectáculo del cocina en vivo muy chulo y divertido el chef no recuerdo su nombre pero genial tamb!!! El otro restaurante que recomendaría y destacaría como el mejor es el Mexicano,realmente es el que más rica tiene la comida tienes un pequeño Buffet en el centro que comenté despistes como nos paso a nosotros te llenas y no puedes disfrutar del plato que pides como principal. Muy muy muy rico de verdad no podéis dejar de reservar en este. Los cocktail en general riquísimos mi favorito el banana mamma. En cuanto a la playa perfect en nuestra época solo vimos algas el último día que ya nos volvíamos y or ue fuimos a las 6 am para ver el amanecer y estaban recogiendolas. Se puede usar kayac, body board y Lo que allí llaman hobbycat que son pequeños catamaranes todo esto es gratis en el caso del catamarán te van a pedir que sepas usar o si no hacer un curso de 35$. Por último las habitaciones muy amplias nos tocó una con vistas a la piscina principal y genial todo perfecto. Nos sorprendió para bien por el precio desde aquí desde España es de los hoteles más económicos pero es maravilloso de verdad que todo fue super bien. Lo recomendamos y sin duda volveremos.Pd. Upon arrival, my mom and I were given a room with one bed. You must go to the front desk around 10 am to see if a room with 2 beds is available. One opened up on day 2. It was not to our liking. Day 3 we were moved 3 doors down. So we still had a great view.Your wrist band is placed on you upon check in. It must be worn if you want to be fed and get drinks. Anyone under drinking age is given a different color band.Our room was in one of the newer buildings. The photos on the website are most likely of the newer buildings. We were shown a room in an older building...nothing like the photos.WiFi is only available at the theater. A portable WiFi router is available for rent during your stay. Rates were 1 day, $10; $3 days, $20; or 7 days, $50. Add a $50refundable deposit. Your actual $50 is placed with your agreement and returned when returning to router. The router (see photo) is not much longer and wider than a credit card. Depth is about 1/4 inch. I carried it around on site and when I went outside the property. Charge and put in pocket or purse! Very convenient! The signal is excellent. After turning mine in, I left it on. I was able to still have Wi-Fi while sitting in the lobby area. If traveling with a group and everyone would like a router, it's recommended that you call the hotel in advance and give them an idea of how many you will need.You will be reminded to not drink the water. This includes brushing your teeth, rinsing your mouth out and rinsing off your toothbrush! A gentleman from Cleveland forgot about using the bottled water for brushing his teeth. He did not do well. We had four 1.5 liters of water upon arrival. The staff was friendly. Everyone was willing to help with any request (key card issue due to lock needing a charge, more bottled water, blown circuit, luggage assistance). Brush up on your Spanish or use your translation app. Not everyone speaks English.We dined at Buffet Central majority of the time. There is a nice selection. Be sure to go on both sides. Both sides are not the same. Food quality is good. Most dishes are not hot, but warm.Drinks can taste watered down from the ice melting quickly.Food at Asiático was good. Emilio was entertaining.The Gourmet. Food presentation was great! The taste, not so good. I'll stick with Asiático.Although we did not go to any, there is nightly entertainment + a night club.There is an area fenced off (non-Vista) with trash in the lot.The beach is beautiful. One side is more laid back than the other. 3 pools, 1 being a lot more lively than the others.I recommend this resort. Great value.

A very beautiful place, nice staff, delicious food. The best a la carte restaurant is Gourmet. And we didn't like the Italian one. The cafeteria at the beach was really nice!Entertainment was amazing! Free WiFi is only in the theater, and guests have to pay for the access in other parts of the hotel, but there's a Russian shop "Ola souvenirs" on the beach where we got a sim card ($4 for 5GB). We lived in the 11th block, and there was no warm water :((( but the room was nice, clean and cozy. There are also a lot of birds like flamingos, ducks, peacocks, and parrots in cages, also some iguanas (it's so much fun to feed them). Special thanks to the beach security guards for helping us to move the sun loungers all the time😁

We were here during our honemoon on the first week of August 2019. We loved the hotel. The garden was big, but not too big, so we could walk around a lot, and we could get anywhere in the hotel by foot i.e. from beach to lunch and to out room.You have to consider that the 4 star there is not the same as in Europe, and the room's condition was not 4 star quality, but I have to say that although the room wasn't new, it was nice, clean, and comfy.The beach and the food was good quality.There were breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet. Apart from that there's a "snack bar" on the beach which served hamburgers, pizzas, nachos and cheese, ice cream in a cone or in a cup, mango, melon, and pinapple. Theye served drinks too in the snack bar (cola, 7up, water, other sparkling beverages) and you could ask for beer and other alcohols. There were several "bars" where you could ask for any drinks like cola, 7up, water, beer, coctails (many kind) and coffee.They gave two towel cards, and you could ask for beach towels, and could change it to fresh towels any time.The crew was very nice and helpful. We had everithing we needed, and ate a lot. There were many toilets around the whole hotel complex, which was nice.On the day of the checkout, they cut down our all inclusive bracelets, but they gave a "check out voucher" with which we could use ALL services of the hotel, like dinner, and drinks, and beach, and towels.There was free wifi only on one segment of the hotel, which was really nice, because we didnt use our phones all the time, only for a limited time, when we were in the wifi zone. Although it was free, the wifi was slow, but we could upload pictures, and use soical media alright.There are many other hotels with huge gardens and golf courses, but this one was the best, because it was small enough to walk around, and discover everything, but big enought to get lost a few times when we were going to our room.There were a few shops there, which wire nice, but a little expensive. There were souvenirs, clothes, flip flop, hats, larimars, etc.During our stay, there were may special events like foam party, coconut party (free coconut drinks from original coconut), beach party (disco), and shop stands where you could buy jewelery and a lot of larimar :) Every day there were dance teaching and morning excercise on the beach, which was fun, but it wasn't disturbing to the people on the beach.There are ping pong tables, volleyball course, football(soccer) field (small), mini disco for kids, and playground for little kids.In conclusion, the hotels is best for this price, and we loved every minute of staying there.

Beautiful resort! Everyone says hello or good morning, the beach is clean and beautiful, there is wild life around the resort, the disco was fun, music was good, the food was fantastic, no complaints at all. Really enjoyed our stay. We went on the dune buggy excursion to a cave, that was super fun also!

Beautiful resort. Great gastronomy and amazing beach. All stuff were very helpful. Cozy rooms and apartmans. Super animation team full of profesionals. And all inclusive program is great. Selection of food and drinks is phenomenal. Recommended!!!

For an all around unique experience, definitely book a room here. Many separate buildings with 3 different pools on the premises to choose from, or head to the beach literally no more than a minute or two walk from your room. Surrounded by palm trees, flowers, beautiful landscapes and wildlife. Every pool area has a bar, including one with a swim up bar.Spa treatment, massages, photo ops, water yoga.. volleyball and ping pong on the beachFrom buffet, to gourmet, there's plenty of dining options: Italian,Mexican,American, French, Japanese.Horse back riding,dunes buggies, zip lines, tours to see the culture and much more can be booked all at the hotel near guest services.

Beautiful hotel in paradise. We spent 2 weeks there and would highly recommend. Apartments are spacious with excellent facilities, they are cleaned daily, with fresh towels and bed linen. The grounds, pool area and pathways etc are immaculately clean and tended to. There are 4 extra fully inclusive restaurants on site, as well as pool and beach bars. We genuinely could not fault it. Would most definitely visit again.

I love this place so much I am returning in a few weeks! My mother, sister and I went on a girls trip in June 2019. The food was great and service was fantastic. I love the size of the resort and was surprised by how friendly everyone was!!! We took advantage of a spa service while there as well. Great massage! My boyfriend and I are returning soon. I hope the experience is equally as enjoyable and look forward to taking advantage of more of the activities the resort has to offer.

Visa Sol was the perfect family vacation for us. The grounds are very well kept, the pools and spa are beautiful, and the entire staff was professional and very nice. The beach is beautiful and offered a kids club to keep our 3 year old busy with another option. The restaurants including the buffet were all very good. Lots of international couples and families of all ages. The room was cleaned daily and over all it was a wonderful stay. I would go back for sure!

Visite el hotel en Abril.. es muy hermoso! La playa, los bares; las habitaciones impecables.. La comida muy rica, todo fresco.. Los empleados todos muy amables..! Hay seguridad en todos lados.. El grupo de animación es genial, todo el tiempo haciendo cosas para pasarla bien! El teatro también me gustó.. Mí única sugerencia es que haya WiFien todo el hotel, ya que solo hay libre en el teatro.. no sé si habrá cambiado eso.. Lo recomiendo! Y volvería sin dudarlo!!

Mejor de lo que esperaba. Es un hotel muy bonito, enorme, todo está siempre impecable. El personal es muy cordial, los camareros y camareras siempre están a tu disposición con la más hermosa sonrisa. Y la gente de animación, que no entiendo cuando duermen, son geniales y manejan varios idiomas. Lo que no me gustó es que solo hay wifi libre en el teatro. Y malo.

Excellent resort , beautiful grounds , big clean room, lots of choice of foods even for us vegetarians. Lots to do for family games if you want . Evening entertainment poor . Beautiful beach cleaned...
