Excelente localização, hotel novo , decoração moderna, café da manhã tipo americano. Os quartos poderiam ser um pouco maiores pois não há muito espaço para as malas. Voltarei com certeza!

MARAVILHOSA!!!!!!! Pra ser melhor ainda coloquem armários q comportem pertences dos visitantes.Ficamos com malas no meio do quarto quase sem podermos nos locomover. Funcionários educados e amáveis. Meu destaque vai.para.a moça q nos atendeu na recepção na tarde do dia 28/01 e pra educada de.proativa de cabelos c tranças, da copa. Higiene perfeita.Alimentação muito boa. Indicarei o hotel de vocês pars amigos e familiares. Voltando um dia a NY.serei hóspede de vocês com certeza.😘😘😘😘😘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘⚘

Localização perfeita, central. Fazemos tudo a pé. Café da manhã simples mas com clássicos locais bem saborosos. Quarto aconchegante e limpinho, apesar de pequeno.

Perfeita. Não aconselho mais de 3 pessoas no quarto. Café da manhã nota 10. Aqui não tem aquela taxa de resort, excelente localização. Funcionários atenciosos, perto de tudo, central park, time square, @churrascariaplataforma, perfeita pra brasileiros, deu pra ir em quase todos os pontos turísticos a pé.Excelente hotel.

I really enjoyed my days in this hotel, first time visiting NYC. The location of this hotel it’s perfect, 11 minutes walking to Central Park, 15 minutes walking to Times Square. The girls at the front desk are extremely friendly, kind and helpful. They deserve a 5 star for the service. But, I only left 3 stars because they need to work on those elevators and have more options for the breakfast. Only 2 elevators, extremely slow and one of them didn’t work for half of the thanksgiving weekend (LOTS of people) the waiting for the elevator is insane. The breakfast is good but the same everyday, could have more options. This hotel couple be one of the greatest because they have an excellent location and a really good staff. Hope they can get better.

Nos ha parecido un buen hotel. A destacar la ubicación, a unos 10min andando de times square. Las habitaciones estaban limpias( pasan cada dos días a limpiar), y tenéis que saber que a ala hora de pagar que es cuando haces el check in te cobran un depósito de unos 200€ que después te devuelven si no hay desperfectos en la habitación. El desayuno sin ser malo, es verdad que al final cansa. Pero tienes varios tipos de yogures, fruta etc etc. El ascensor si lo coges en hora punta es un auténtico horror, tarda un montón. Y cuando digo un montón es un montón... Recomendable

The location is great, but our toilet was broken (we had to fiddle with the handle when flushing).The box spring was squeaky whenever we moved.The TV never worked at all.It would turn on, but it never displayed any content.Breakfast on Sunday morning was supposed to last until 11, but at 10:15 it was closed.The maid service took our towels and didn't replace them during the stay.The maid service made the bed, but we don't think the bedding was replaced/washed as a stain on the top blanket was still there after maid service.It was a safe place to sleep, but even for a 3-star hotel it was a little run down.

Excelente ubicación, el servicio es realmente bueno, la gente súper amable, los waffles del desayuno son deliciosos. En época navideña el ambiente es increíble. Volvería a hospedarme ahí sin duda. No hay suficientes elevadores, en temporada baja no es un problema pero en temporada alta principalmente diciembre puede ser algo tedioso esperar el elevador sobre todo para los que están en los pisos más arriba. Si no te importa tener una vista increíble considera los primeros pisos en temporada navideña.

Service was great and the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Makes the place feel very warm and welcoming! Rooms are very compact, don't be fooled by the pics. There is no suites either! So name is misleading. Location is great too. Near central park. On a slope so bit uphill so manageable. Housekeeping only clean the room every other day.

It’s a nice hotel, with comfortable beds and super attentive staff. Due the covid policy, they do not clean the rooms daily, but it can be requested at the reception. The main problem is that it only has two elevators for all guests and cleaning staff, and after breakfast can take a long time (sometimes more tan 10 minutes) to use them. The location is great, close to Columbus Circle subway station, Central Park, Times Square and Hell’s Kitchen.

Localização ótima. Atendimento de recepção cortês, paciente e atencioso. Café da manhã muito bem servido e preparado, embora com poucas opções (não há muita variedade, mas as opções disponíveis são muito bem preparadas e organizadas). Necessário observar os horários curtos de funcionamento do Café da Manhã para evitar ficar sem. Cama com ótimo colchão, quarto sem carpete e banheiro muito bem equipado. Quarto com ferro de passar e mesa de passar roupa disponível. Enfim, uma ótima opção para nossa viagem.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Had an all round great experience. The room was a touch on the smaller side but otherwise was very comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast was included and there was quite a bit of variety every morning. Location wasn't the best but I think that's the garment district being the garment district, but otherwise the hotel itself was really pleasant and enjoyable.

Excellent location on W58 st for our week long stay in New York City and not far at all for the metro from Columbus Circle (10 min walk) and Times Square (20 min walk).The room was clean and tidy and exactly what you’d want for a base to sleep in around the various places to visit around the city. The breakfast was suitable and had enough choice to cater for everyone and there was always a seat available whatever time we went down. The staff were friendly and helpful and there were certainly no complaints here.The reason I have put 3 stars is because from only our second day here the second elevator had stopped working. I understand this was of no fault of staff but the part I’m unhappy about is the time it has taken to get this repaired. It was 4-5 days after the fault that I first noticed engineers parked outside the hotel and we ended up going the entire week without this second lift working. It added on 30 minutes every time waiting and it was not acceptable when there are 18 floors in this hotel full of guests wanting to use the lift like us. I have an ongoing tendon related knee injury which stopped me from doing the stairs instead so it was stressful in a stuffy hot corridor waiting for this each day.Other than that, a decent hotel and would recommend providing both lifts are working, otherwise I’d book a day longer to make the lost time back up :D

Elevators SUCK!! 1 was out of order and the other was slower than slow! Literally waiting 15 minutes for an elevator! Not acceptable for $363 per night with 18 floors. Rooms are small but nice, beds are hard. Bathroom was small (only 2 towels) for a 4 person room. Staff is super friendly. Free breakfast was good. Very clean. Great area and walking distance to stuff. Parking on street was super helpful.

The rooms had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size considering it’s in New York. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. It smelled like urine perhaps they should use bleach. They have a good size gym with the basic equipment. The breakfast was not best but certainly not the worst. Although the coffee was very good. The hotel is located in a convenient area and it’s within walking distance to major interest points such as Central Park and Time Square.

Un hotel muy correcto, sin duda cuando vuelva a NYC será mi opción seguro . Muy limpio , cómodo y cerca de metro y servicios básicos, 100% recomendable. Pasamos unas navidades inolvidables ❤️

Las habitaciones muy pequeñas pero con cama cómoda y baño limpio. Cuentan con secador de pelo, la limpieza y cambio de toallas se debe pedir o no realizan. El desayuno es para retirar por tema Covid y comerlo en la habitación que no tenia mucho espacio y en pareja era muy complicado con 1 sola silla y escritorio, edayuno básico pero ya cumple su fin. El personal muy amable. Dejan guardar maletas antes del vuelo. Lo malo que el metro no queda muy cerca, serian 4 cuadras largas por eso no volvería y 1 pizzeria de $2 a 2 cuadras y 1 cafetería a 3 cuadras pero nada barato.

La limpieza en la habitación es pésima, en mi estancia de 6 días solo 1 lo limpiaron y prácticamente solo tendieron camas y cambiaron toallas!! Dice desayuno incluido es una gran mentira y estafa , no incluye desayuno en otros hoteles mínimo te dan un pequeño almuerzo en este te dicen sorry por el covid no hay nada, yo deje mi maleta porque allá mi vuelo tarde al final quería entrar al baño y me dijeron que no tenían!! Ósea literal si pueden reserven en otro hotel este es un asco 🤢 en limpieza y atención al huésped pésimo

Excelente ubicación, habitaciones amplia para lo que encuentras en NY. Buen servicio y buena relación precio/servicio. Incluye desayuno con una buena variedad, no es el típico desayuno americano, volveré cuando regrese a NY. A pocos metros del subway, y a 5 min caminando del time square.
