“Pool is WAY smaller than pictures, we were all shocked at how small. The pool deck gave me and every single one of my friends splinters. And, there are only 5 lounge chairs for the entire pool. Staff is very friendly, but we had to ask for the same requests multiple times. So they seem a little disorganized. Room was very nice & clean and the location is perfect! I chose this rating because of the value - it’s not a terrible place to stay by any means, but you don’t get what you pay for. Not unreasonable to have high expectations when paying almost $500 a night, and this place did not meet those expectations.”

“The location is the absolute best if you're going to a concert at The Anthem. Everything about the hotel was lovely, clean, and we'll maintained. Service was perfect. Espresso machine and hot water for tea in the room was a good detail. Of course, this is a very pricey hotel, even for DC. Our room was near the elevator, but there was never a noise issue from outside the room.”
