Um bom Hilton no padrão estadunidense, ou seja, inferior aos latino-americanos ou europeus, mas é essa a estratégia da marca para os EUA, escrevo isso principalmente para orientar os clientes destes continentes, que talvez não conheçam o padrão da rede nos EUA.Dito isso, a experiência foi satisfatória, uma ótima cama e roupa de cama, internet rápida para clientes HHonors Gold e Diamond, banheiro antigo mas funcional e muito limpo. O hotel fica muito próximo de DCA bem como da estação de metro de Crystal City. Caso você opte pelo shuttle gratuito, recomendo que fora dos horários de picos, assim que chegar a DCA, solicite o serviço através do telefone, pois o mesmo não é automático e sistemático.Mesmo perto de DCA, a região é relativamente calma e silenciosa, em uma área arborizada, lamentavelmente o executive lounge funciona apenas nos dias de semana, como em muito hotéis da marca nos EUA.Recomendo os quartos de frente, que oferecem uma vista para uma área residencial arborizada.

Bom hotel de 3 estrelas perto de DCA. O café da manhã é muito bom. A recepção também é acolhedora. O restaurante no local é mais uma área de lobby. Os quartos são apenas OK. Espero que o Hilton coloque este hotel na lista para modernizar e adicionar lounge executivo. É estranho para mim que o Hilton não tenha um hotel de aeroporto de alto nível na capital do país. Você tem que ir perto da Casa Branca ou da área de Wharf para isso. A maioria das grandes cidades tem um Hilton 4/5 estrelas fora do aeroporto.

Nice 3 star hotel near DCA. The breakfast is pretty good.The front desk is also welcoming. The on-site restaurant is more of a lobby area. The rooms are just OK. I hope Hilton gets this hotel on the list to modernize and add executive lounge. It is odd to me that Hilton does not have a high-tier airport hotel in the nation's capitol.You have to go near the White House or Wharf area for that.Most major cities have a 4/5 star Hilton outside the airport.

Primeira vez hospedado no Hilton Crystal City. O traslado do aeroporto foi conveniente. Usou o aplicativo Hilton e a chave digital para acessar o quarto. Funcionou razoavelmente bem. O quarto foi decepcionante. O trabalho de manutenção é pobre e realmente precisa ser refeito. O barulho do quarto ou instalações acima eram muito altos. Quando informei a recepção, eles disseram que a ocupação estava cheia e não podiam fazer nada. Na noite seguinte, experimentei o bar do hotel. Não foi tão amigável e capaz como outros revisores indicaram. Nenhuma cerveja local na torneira, e a pessoa não parecia saber a diferença entre cerveja produzida em massa e artesanal. Fique de olho nas cobranças finais e verifique se você não está sobrecarregado. Apontei a diferença para o servidor e eles apenas me deram uma cerveja extra. Quando respondi e contei os problemas, eles me ignoraram ou disseram para parar na recepção. Quando eu parei, eles não podiam ou não queriam fazer nada para ajudar. Não sei por que eles se incomodam em perguntar, quando nem tentam tornar a estadia melhor.

First time staying at the Hilton Crystal City. The shuttle from the airport was convenient. Used the Hilton app and digital key to access the room. It worked fairly well. The room was disappointing. Maintenance work is shabby and really needs to be redone. The noise from the room or facilities above were very loud. When I informed the front desk, they told that the occupancy was full, and they could not do anything. The following evening I tried the hotel bar. It was not nearly as friendly and capable as other reviewers indicated. No local brews on tap, and the person didn’t seem to know the difference between mass produced beer versus craft. Keep an eye on the final charges, and make sure you are not overcharged. I pointed out the difference to the server and they just gave me an extra beer. Each day, I was contacted by a scripted text from the front desk asking how they could make the stay “perfect”. When I replied and told them the issues, they either ignored me or said to stop by the front desk. When I did stop by, they either couldn’t or would not do anything to help. Not sure why they bother asking, when they don’t even try to make the stay better.

Os elevadores continuaram quebrando durante os 4 dias em que estivemos lá por um reencontro militar. Muitas pessoas estavam em andadores, patinetes elétricos ou bengalas e não podiam usar as escadas. Criou enormes laços com as pessoas tentando se locomover. Acrescente que havia outra grande conferência acontecendo e não foi agradável. Quarto não era servido diariamente. Eu tive que pedir toalhas e limpeza. A localização é excelente para Washington, D.C. .. restaurantes a uma curta distância do hotel, bem como um CVS que foi conveniente. Não há máquina de café no quarto, então, para o seu café da manhã, você fica preso comprando um Starbucks caro na loja do lobby. Saladas frias para almoço disponíveis para compra e sanduíches de café da manhã disponíveis, mas novamente caros. A equipe muito agradável e útil. Havia um restaurante no hotel, mas como o café da manhã e o almoço nos foram fornecidos em nosso grupo, não sei como era a comida do restaurante ou os preços.

The elevators kept breaking down the whole 4 days we were there for a military reunion. Many folks were on walkers, electric scooters or canes and could not use the stairs. It created huge tie ups with people trying to get around. Add that there was another large conference going on and it was not pleasant. Room was not serviced daily. I had to ask for towels and cleaning. Location is excellent to Washington, D.C. .. restaurants in walking distance from hotel as well as a CVS which was convenient. No coffee machine in room so for your morning coffee you get stuck buying a pricey Starbucks from their lobby store. Cold salads for lunch available for purchase and breakfast sandwiches available but again pricey. Staff very nice and helpful. There was a restaurant in the hotel but as breakfast and lunch was provided to us in our group I do not know how the restaurant food was or prices.

No geral, uma propriedade extremamente datada e mal conservada. Nosso primeiro quarto tinha uma máscara usada quando fizemos o check-in. Não espere usar o serviço de transporte gratuito, eles operam apenas uma pequena van em vez do micro-ônibus que também possuem, resultando em várias pessoas incapazes de embarcar. Sugestão para gerenciamento, aprenda as ondas de voo fora do aeroporto e planeje a capacidade de acordo. Os quartos são extremamente datados, lençóis arranhados, corredores de 80F e falta de AC, academia datada e AC não funcional, comida abaixo da média e muito cara (US $ 5 por uma xícara de café Folgers quando posso ir ao Starbucks por menos). O único destaque, a equipe é extremamente gentil e atenciosa. Eles estão fazendo o melhor com o que eles receberam. Minha esperança é que a propriedade do hotel gaste algum dinheiro para devolver isso a um produto de qualidade Hilton vs Holiday Inn. Quero dizer, não gaste apenas dinheiro em uma reforma do saguão, na verdade, resolva as preocupações do prédio.

Overall, an extremely dated and poorly maintained property. Our first room had a used mask in it when we checked in. Don’t expect to use the free shuttle service, they only operate a small van instead of the mini bus they also own resulting in multiple parties unable to board. Suggestion for management, learn the flight waves out of the airport and plan capacity accordingly. The rooms are extremely dated, sheets scratchy, hallways a blistering 80F and lack AC, gym dated and AC non-functional, food subpar and over priced ($5 for a cup of Folgers coffee when I can go to Starbucks for less). The only highlight, the staff is extremely kind and caring. They’re doing the best with what they have been given. My hope is hotel ownership spends some money to get this back to a Hilton quality product vs Holiday Inn. I mean don’t just spend money on a lobby renovation, actually address concerns in the building.

Nós só ficamos aqui porque tivemos um voo cedo de DCA no dia seguinte. O hotel tinha um belo lobby e estacionamento era bastante simples $ 40 para o dia. Os próprios quartos eram desatualizados e pequenos. As telas de TV eram pequenas e o ambiente da sala não combinava com o belo lobby. No check-in, a recepção não foi super amigável (mais direta e direta) e não forneceu detalhes extras para aproveitar a estadia como onde fica a academia ou a piscina ou a que horas o restaurante está aberto. Definitivamente algum espaço para melhorar a hospitalidade.

We only stayed here because we had an early flight out of DCA the next day. The hotel had a beautiful lobby and parking was pretty straightforward $40 for the day. The rooms themselves were outdated and small. The TV screens were small and the ambiance of the room didn’t match the beautiful lobby. Upon check-in, the reception desk wasn’t super friendly (more blunt and to the point) and didn’t provide extra details to enjoy the stay like where the gym or pool is or what time the restaurant is open. Definitely some room to improve in hospitality.

Minha estadia aqui foi horrível! Começando com a entrada bloqueada e ninguém movendo carros para poder fazer check-in ou estacionar! O hotel definitivamente precisa de um Reno! Fiquei no último andar e havia alguns hóspedes ao lado que eram super barulhentos e rudes. Eu não culpo Hilton por isso, e eles me moveram pelo corredor, mas meu outro quarto ainda tinha que ouvir meu barulho até depois das 1130 da noite, quando alguns outros convidados começaram a gritar para eles calarem a boca. Os canos de água faziam barulho a noite toda e ao tomar banho a água ficava cortando! Esta foi a pior estadia! Eu não conseguia dormir, não conseguia tomar banho corretamente e, quando ia tomar café da manhã antes do check-out, o membro da equipe khan foi super rude! Eram 845 da manhã e eles estavam sem quase tudo no cardápio! Ele continuou nos cortando e dizendo que não temos! Se o café da manhã termina às 11, por que o menu é reduzido para 1 opção! Estou tão desapontado e envergonhado por ser um membro diamante após esta estadia!

A localização do hotel para o aeroporto e um serviço de transporte gratuito são as únicas coisas boas que posso dizer sobre este Hilton. O lobby era bom. Os quartos eram velhos e envelhecidos. Nenhuma porta USB e plugues não eram facilmente acessíveis. Os quartos precisam de upgrade. Os painéis do interruptor de luz estão amarelados e sujos. O papel de parede do banheiro estava descascando em alguns lugares. A pressão da água do chuveiro era boa e forte. Quarto era limpo, mas precisa ser atualizado.

This Hilton is a little old but fairly well maintained.Great proximity to the airport and can walk easily to a few restaurants or catch an Uber or metro to DC. Parking garage is under the hotel which is convenient.If you are parking recommend getting the stay and park rate which gives you parking for a much lower price than just paying directly to park.Our king bed room was very large and it was clean but thecould use some updating. The lobby area looks modern and clean

My stay here was horrible! Starting with the blocked entrance and nobody moving cars to even be able to check in or park! The hotel definitely needs a Reno! I stayed on the top floor and there were some guests next door who were super loud and rude. I don’t blame Hilton for that, and they did move me down the hall but my other room still had to hear my he noise until after 1130 at night when some other guests started yelling for them to shut up. The water pipes made noise all night and when taking a shower the water kept cutting off! This was the worst stay! I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t shower properly and then when going to eat breakfast before checkout the staff member khan was super rude! It was 845 In the morning and they were out of almost everything on the menu! He kept cutting us off and saying we don’t have it! If breakfast ends at 11 why is the menu down to 1 option! I’m so disappointed and embarrassed to be a diamond member after this stay!

Hotel location to the airport and a free shuttle are the only good things I can say about this Hilton. The lobby was nice. Rooms were old and aged. No USB ports and plugs were not easily accessible. Rooms need upgraded. Light switch panels are yellowed and dirty. Bathroom wallpaper was peeling in places. Shower water pressure was nice and strong. Room was clean, but needs to be updated.
