Tive uma ótima experiência com eles com uma reserva de última hora e um cão de serviço. Fizemos perguntas à ADA a ambos. A única coisa que eu não gostei é que eles não tinham nenhuma área para o meu cão se aliviar sem áreas de alívio e eles aceitam animais de estimação. Além de eles quererem que caminhássemos até o parque para deixar meu cão de serviço usar o banheiro, tudo foi incrível!

I had a great experience with them with a last minute reservation and a service dog. We got asked the ADA questions both of them. The only thing that I didn't like is that they didn't have any area for my dog to relieve herself no relief areas and they are pet friendly. Other than them wanting us to walk all the way to the park to let my service dog use the bathroom everything was awesome!

Absolutely terrible. This place is Hilton in name only.We arrived at 2:30pm and were rudely told we could not check in until 4pm. The place is in a dangerous neighborhood and you have to be buzzed in to open the main lobby door. Parking in an extra $45 per night. Half of the staff doesn't understand English. The pool was closed.The room itself would have been five stars if this was a super 8 but for Hilton is was far below average.When we went to check out I wanted to tell someone how awful our stay was but there was simply no one working the front desk. I just left our keys on the counter but to be fair, this may be some COVID rule they have.The valet I mentioned had nine people waiting outside for their cars with just one poor 19 year old kid trying to do it all. Regardless of location, this chain has lost me as a customer for life!

Great location. In walking distance to the State Farm Arena. Love that they have a Starbucks and Ruth Chris. Nice spacious room. Came with a fridge and microwave. My only complaint is the cost of Valet parking. It’s $45 a day.

Meu marido e eu chegamos por volta das 15h30 e fomos informados de que nosso quarto não estava pronto. Fomos buscar algo para comer e nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto quando voltamos. Fomos informados de que o check-in era às 16h e não entramos até as 17h45. Sou membro Hilton Gold e não uso esse tipo de serviço. Entendo que estamos vivendo em tempos de COVID, porém, o tipo de atendimento que recebi hoje não foi aceitável. Eu adoro ficar no Embassy Suites, no entanto, esta experiência colocou um gosto muito ruim na minha boca para este hotel em particular.

My husband and I arrived about 3:30pm and was informed that our room was not ready.We went to get something to eat and our room still was not ready when we returned.We were informed that check in was at 4pm and we did not get into our until 5:45pm.I am a Hilton Gold member and not use to this type of service. I understand that we are living in COVID times, however, the type of service that I received today was not acceptable.I love staying in the Embassy Suites, however this experience has put a very bad taste in my mouth for this particular hotel.

Hotel mal equipado. O estacionamento “com manobrista” é um pequeno estacionamento lateral ao lado do hotel no qual VOCÊ estaciona seu carro, você traz suas próprias malas para dentro e você paga US $ 45 por noite por manobrista. Fomos encorajados a CAMINHAR para quaisquer atividades que tínhamos planejado para o nosso fim de semana, embora a maioria delas fossem caminhadas de 30 minutos versus 6 minutos de carro.A empresa respondeu ao meu comentário pedindo que eu ligasse para o número para uma resolução .. o número é apenas para a recepção do hotel. Sem resolução. Sem dinheiro de volta. Sem estadia gratuita de uma noite. Nada. Apenas uma experiência terrível ao redor. Salve-se e reserve em outro lugar.

Poorly staffed hotel. “Valet” parking is a tiny little side parking lot beside the hotel in which YOU park your car yourself, YOU bring your own bags inside, and YOU pay THEM $45 a night for valet. Also the valet are very sketchy men who “privately” own the lot but are not related to the hotel. The room is not cleaned. No fitted sheet on the mattress. Mattress topper is dirty. And the sheets are ripped.Edit: Do NOT stay here. We called down stairs for bath cloths it took over 30 minutes for them to bring them up and we had to call a second time I guess to remind them of our request. Also bath cloths were dirty. A marathon was ran for two days outside the hotel where extremely loud speakers were played. Waking me up at 5am each morning, and we were told we couldn’t leave the hotel between the hours of 5am - 12pm while the marathon was running because the roads were blocked. We were encouraged to WALK to any activities we had planned for our weekend, although most of them were 30 minute walks vs a 6 minute drive.The company responded to my comment asking me to call the number for a resolution .. the number is just to hotels front desk. No resolution. No money back. No free one night stay. Nothing. Just a terrible experience all around. Save yourself and book elsewhere.

Local, mas pernoitando aqui devido a um evento matinal, e queria estar mais perto da área do evento. O atendimento foi super rápido e amigável. Os quartos são bons, cama confortável. As suítes são de bom tamanho. Hotel fica bem no meio de tudo o que a cidade tem a oferecer, literalmente. A uma curta distância de praticamente tudo (Centennial Olympic Park, College Football HOF estão do outro lado ou adjacentes, estádio Benz, CNN Center, State Farm Arena, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Civil Rights Museum, museu infantil, inúmeros restaurantes, sky wheel, clubes /bares, centro de congressos, etc.). Não pode vencê-lo.

Os belos quartos do hotel são absolutamente lindos e a equipe é simpática, profissional e acolhedora. O hotel Bartenders foi absolutamente fenomenal e surpreendente ajudando as pessoas a ver ou fazer coisas que querem enquanto aqui. Vistas e lobby linda e perto de tudo que você gostaria de fazer do outro lado da faculdade de futebol da fama e a uma curta distância de grandes e bebidas e outras atrações. Definitivamente recomendo altamente.

Ficamos lá em um final de semana extra longo, a localização foi perfeita para nossos planos. O hotel em geral foi muito bom, o nosso quarto foi nice com uma excelente vista do Parque Centenário, que nos pediram. Os senhores de manobrista e Bellhop eram todos muito agradáveis ​​e prestativos. A comida / restaurantes na área imediata, e quero dizer uma caminhada de 5 minutos eram abundantes e de ofertas variadas, e foram todos muito bons. Pessoalmente, Max Carvão Pizza foi a melhor pizza que tive em muito tempo, comemos lá duas vezes. No geral, a nossa estadia foi boa, mesmo com algumas coisas, pois, consideramos ficar lá novamente quando voltamos a Atlanta se nossos planos nos levaram na mesma área.

We stayed there over an extra long weekend, the location was perfect for our plans.The hotel overall was very nice, our room was nice with a great view of Centennial Park, which we had asked for.The valet and bellhop gentlemen were all very nice and helpful.Upon check in the guest service lady, I forgot her name but she was very pleasant and helpful.She asked if we had a floor preference and I told her as high as possible and she put us on the 8th floor, which only enhanced our view.The Atrium was great, however, ever morning at breakfast it was cold down there.We had to wear a coat or sweatshirt to breakfast every morning.The hotel advertised made to order breakfast, I wasn't sure exactly what that meant in a hotel environment.The breakfast provided was a more than adequate substitution.However, they really need to turn up the heat on the chaffing dishes, as the eggs, hash browns, etc... were as barely warm most of the time.Add that to the tables being cold due to the ambient low temperature, any residual heat in the food was quickly gone.There was an incident on Saturday morning, a serving spoon was knocked on the floor and someone handed it the gentleman behind the counter.To my surprise and disgust, he just rinsed it off with water in the sink and returned it to the counter.Needless to say I skipped the southwest eggs that morning. One afternoon we were just hanging out in our room after a long day of activities and housekeeping was doing their afternoon rounds.They were a door or two down from our room, they were in an out doing their cleaning duties and every time the entered or left the room they just let the door slam shut, it was quite loud and we could actually feel the door slam.This is something that the hotel has no control over, but the operating hours of the Starbucks were totally ridiculous.What coffee shop opens at 8???The food/restaurants in the immediate area, and I mean a 5 minute walk were plentiful and of varying offerings, and were all very good.Personally, Max Coal Oven Pizza was the best pizza I have had in a long time, we ate there twice.Overall our stay was nice even with some rather off putting things, we would consider staying there again when we return to Atlanta if our plans take us int he same area.

Beautiful hotel Rooms are absolutely beautiful and the staff is friendly, professional and accommodating. The hotel bartenders was absolutely phenomenal and amazing helping people people see or do things they want to while here. Views and lobby beautiful and near everything you would want to do Across street from College Football Hall of Fame and walking distance from great and drinks and other attractions. Definitely recommend highly.

Local, but staying here overnight due to an early morning event, and wanted to be closer to the event area. Service was super quick and friendly. The rooms are nice, bed was comfy. Suites are a nice size. Hotel is right in the middle of all that the city has to offer, literally. Walking distance to practically everything (Centennial Olympic Park, College Football HOF are both across or adjacent, Benz stadium, CNN Center, State Farm Arena, GA Aquarium, World of Coke, Civil Rights Museum, children's museum, countless restaurants, sky wheel, clubs/bars, congress center, etc.). Can't beat it.

Have your friends and family stay somewhere in atlanta if you an to visit. The parking is $45 if you stay past 11 pm. This is really inconsiderate. You could arrive at 10 pm leave at 11pm literally one house and have to pay $45! Signage outside is not accurate say 0 to 3 hours and the. 3 to 8 and the. Overnight. Just be honest

Foi perto de nossa convenção no World Congress Center. Buffet de café-da-manhã de cortesia foi bom. O nosso quarto não era tão grande como alguns outros Embassy Suites que já fiquei. It was close to our convention at the World Congress Center. Complimentary Breakfast buffet was nice. Our room was not as large as some other Embassy Suites I've stayed at. No body answered the phone. I had to text my requests. The room could use updating and remodeling. The beds are double not Queen size. The location was great. Close to restaurants and the World Congress Center, Aquarium, and Coca Cola.

Everyone there was spectacular. All the way from pulling up to the valet to checking out the next day, everyone wanted you to feel like you were their favorite person in that moment. Everyone went so above and beyond to make our one night stay spectacular and I appreciate all of them for it. 9 out of 10 Will stay again.

Very nice hotel, rooms are very nice with hood space. No problems at all. Everything was very clean. Had a lot of breakfast food that was good. I wish parking wasn’t so high but hey I would definitely book again.

Tremendo hotel, maravilloso la experiencia lo recomiendo al 100%, precio súper factible ya que esta céntrico a todo, con vista a los edificios de la cuidad. Dentro del hotel todo muy organizado y limpio. Al salir de la habitación ya comenzaban a limpiar todo y organizar, siempre a diario contabas con el relleno de el baño y las camas tendidas, siempre toallas limpias y todo al día, un servicio super de primera los empleados siempre a tentó a las necesidades de cada uno de los invitados hospedados en el hotel. Para el que lea esta reseña y tenga pensado como opción en elegir este hotel, no lo pienses mas y acójalo lo recomiendo al máximo. Este a sido uno de mis mejores viajes y mejores visitas.

El servicio al cliente del Embassy Suites de Atlanta es extremadamente lento, y el interior del hotel no parece haber sido remodelado recientemente, se ve muy anticuado.
