Ótimo hotel cada vez que visitei. Funcionários, instalações e quartos são todos de um padrão decente. O café da manhã é decente e o restaurante é limpo e bem apresentado (antes dos dias de bloqueio).As camas são confortáveis, os banheiros são simples, tudo está limpo sempre, decoração bastante moderna e você ganha um biscoito de graça no check-in. (Tem um gosto bom também.)Tarifas decentes e localização ideal para pessoas que viajam para Manchester. Praticamente na porta da estação Piccadilly.Esteja ciente de que as atuais obras rodoviárias no centro da cidade podem tornar as viagens de carro um esforço. Se for pegar um táxi, há uma área conveniente na entrada principal onde os carros podem parar.

Great hotel each time I've visited. Staff, facilities and rooms are all of a decent standard. Breakfast is decent and the restaurant is clean and well-presented (before lockdown days). Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are straightforward, everything's clean every time, fairly modern decor, and you get a free cookie when you check in. (Tastes good as well.) Decent rates and ideally situated for people travelling into Manchester. Practically on Piccadilly station's doorstep. Just be aware that current roadworks in the city centre may make car journeys an effort. If you're getting taxi, there's a convenient area at the front entrance that cars can pull up in.

Communal areas are nice but hotel rooms are in need of updating. Broken lamp in our room and general wear and tear throughout the room. I think for a well thought of brand, this hotel was a disappointment. Credit where it is due though, the breakfast was good and also felt very covid safe.

Nós amamos o quarto. Do mobiliário e decoração das paredes à cama super confortável. O banheiro era bem definido e todo o quarto era muito limpo. Temos um canto king e valeu a pena alguns dólares a mais para ter o quarto extra. O check in e check out foram rápidos e amigáveis. O único problema que tivemos foi que compramos cervejas na recepção e não havia abridor de garrafas. Liguei e eles tinham um na recepção que poderíamos pegar emprestado, mas decidimos tirá-los com um pouco de vantagem e força. Definitivamente voltaríamos.

O Hotel permitiu uma alteração da minha reserva devido a situação do COVID-19 no entanto após pedidos porteriores de nova alteração, além de não responderem, deram a reserva como concluida não devolvendo o valor da reserva. Péssima experiencia e péssima demonstração de vontade em resolver os problemas ho hospede principalmente nos tempos dífíceis e incertos que todos vivemos.

We loved the room. From the furniture and wall decor to the super comfy bed. The bathroom was well laid out and the entire room was very clean. We got a corner king and it was worth a few dollars more to have the extra room. The check in and check out was quick and friendly. The only issue we had was that we bought beers from the front desk and there was no bottle opener. I called and they had one at the front desk we could borrow but decided to pop them off with a little leverage and strength. We would definitely return.

Estadia muito confortável no hotel. Cama de casal de bom tamanho. Mesa e área de estar separada. A casa de banho tem apenas uma cabina de duche. Salas de conferências muito espaçosas, com amplo espaço para distanciamento social. Postos de bebidas e áreas de descanso fornecidas. Jantar muito bom em ambiente descontraído

Equipe muito simpática e prestativa, muito higiênica, limpa e arrumada, as camas são maravilhosas, ótima vista, o clima e a temperatura podem ser bem regulados, o banheiro é um pouco pequeno, o chuveiro era de cordeiro, não é uma posição ideal.

A localização do hotel fica no coração da cidade, com camas confortáveis e ótimos cafés da manhã e recepção.No entanto, o banheiro não tem um banho que não é algo que eu esperava do hotel.Com a situação oculta, a limpeza precisa ser pré-organizada, mas a equipe é realmente prestativa e educada.Se você está procurando um espaço para estacionamento, está disponível £ 20 por noite, primeiro a chegar, se você procurar um espaço de estacionamento externo, mas próximo, custará cerca de £ 16,50, então novamente o estacionamento do hotel é algo que eu recomendo junto com o hotel.

O hotel tem uma localização central perfeita. Chinatown fica a minutos de distância e Hipster Ancoats está a 10 minutos a pé. O hotel era impecável, com funcionários simpáticos e eficientes. Café-da-manhã foi excelente oferecendo uma seleção de pratos cozinhados e continental. Tivemos alguns pequenos problemas com o nosso quarto, mas estes foram rapidamente resolvidos por Adam na recepção. Não vou classificá-lo com 5 estrelas devido a esses pequenos problemas. Perfeito se você estiver em uma casa de campo ou em uma curta viagem de negócios, mas recomendo que você escolha um dos melhores quartos. A recepção, a área de jantar e o bar são espaçosos, limpos e acolhedores. Eu gostei da vibração do hotel e da área circundante, embora Piccadilly Gardens pareça triste e negligenciado com uma sensação de degradação. Manchester é uma cidade em crescimento, com construções em todos os lugares. Muitos bares, cafés e restaurantes de qualidade, todos a uma curta caminhada do hotel.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city, comfy beds and great breakfasts and reception.However, the bathroom lacks a bath which is not something I expected off the hotel.With the covid situation the cleaning needs to be pre-arranged but the staff are really helpful and polite.If you're looking for a parking space then it's available £20 per night on first come first serve basis if you look for outside but nearby parking space then it'd cost you around £16.50 so again the hotel parking is something I'd recommend along with the hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect central location. Chinatown is minutes away and Hipster Ancoats is a 10 minute walk. The hotel was spotless with friendly and efficient staff. Breakfast was excellent offering a selection of cooked and continental. We had some small issues with our room but these were quickly sorted by Adam in reception. I won’t rate it 5 star due to these minor issues. Perfect if you’re over for a match or short business trip but I would advise getting one of their better rooms. The reception, dinning area and bar are spacious clean and welcoming. I liked the vibe of the hotel and the surrounding area although Piccadilly Gardens looks sad and neglected with a run down feel to it. Manchester is a city on a roll with construction everywhere. Plenty of trendy bars, cafes and quality restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel.

Very comfortable hotel stay. Good size double bed. Desk and separate seating area. Bathroom only has a shower cubicle. Conference rooms very spacious, with ample space for social distancing. Drinks stations and break out areas provided. Evening meal very good in a relaxed atmosphere

Nice hotel. Great staff. Really friendly and can't do enough for you! Only a 2 minute wonder from Piccadilly station which is really useful. Bar and restaurant are clean and well maintained. However, the rooms are a bit dated and could do with a bit of revamping. We stayed 1 night in room 1030. Would stay again.

La recepcionista me atendió en castellano y me dieron una cookie de chocolate como regalo de bienvenida. La habitación tenía hervidor, té y máquina de café con cápsulas. Muy buen buffet de desayuno

Hotel moderno y muy correct. Perfecto para venir a Manchester a trabajar ya que está a un paso de Picadilly, también muy cerca del centro. La habitación tiene todo limpio y ordenado. Las zonas comunes están muy bien, el servicio con el que he tratado es amable. El desayuno buffet es correcto, huevos, porridge, bacon etc, quizá poca bollería.

Es el hotel que reserva mi empresa siempre. Es un hotel acogedor y con un personal muy atento. No le pongo 5 estrellas pues esta empeorando el desayuno y no tiene facilidades para cargar móviles en las habitaciones. (El de en frente tiene usb, que ayuda cuando se te olvida el adaptador)

Good location, 2 min walk from Manchester Picadilly train station. Only 19 car park spaces, so better for train travel. Typical DoubleTree except no cookie offered at check in, has that changed? Stayed in a queen superior 844, but did not receive a daily newspaper as quoted. The shower was grand but it did not appear to be a power shower as quoted. Bathroom and TV were a little small for a DoubleTree. On arrival, the room had several long black hairs around the bathroom but were gone after cleaning next morning. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. I had a late breakfast but before 10am and they had run out of side plates and no butter on the table and remaining glasses at juice dispensers were all hot to touch. Check-out was quick as typical Hilton.
