“Other than the beautiful new section which is for Members only the place is a bit dated. However, it is very clean...well maintained....and the staff are just great and I mean all of them. Someone has done a fantastic job with instilling a great sense of customer relations in all the employees here. The food is also excellent with the buffet leading the way when it comes to quality and diversity.”

“We had a fabulous vacation at the Grand Palladium White Sands!! The food and service were top notch. Ernesto at the Travel Club took great care of us each day we visited. We also got to enjoy TRS Yucatan one day and were floored by how beautiful and relaxing our day was. Walter at Helios took amazing care of us, as did Marta our server. Our driver Daniel Mendoza was also very attentive and picked us up at every opportunity. We definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!!”
