Fantástico,hotel maravilhoso.Restaurantes ótimos,piscina divina, excelentes drinks

Resumindo: já estive em muitos resorts, mas neste vou voltar com certeza!

Location is perfect, you have stores, pharmacy, water activities, ferry, nightclubs, etc around the corner, within 5 minutes walking distance for some of these places. The service is top notch, staff was great, friendly and very professional. The resort has anything you can need. So you could basically spend your days without leaving the resort and you could still have a good time. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but not a big deal. I loved it!

Nuestra estadia fue fantastica. El hotel es sumamente bello con detalles de gran categoria. En cuanto al servicio en todo momento nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. La gente es sumamente servicial y calida. La comida es de gran calidad. Recomiendo el restauran Los Arcos de comida italiana. La playa hermosa, tuvimos la suerte que no habia sargazo con lo cual disfrutamos del mar todos los dias. La animacion genial acorde a un hotel para adultos solamente. Las piletas enormes con una hermosa vista del mar. Esperamos poder volver!!!!

Visitei somente a praia. Trata-se uma praia maravilhosa, peixes nadando ao nosso redor. Água limpinha, calma e com uma temperatura agradável.

Cero recomendado, 3 veces me he hospedado en la cadena riu y esta fue la peor experiencia, no tienen capacidad para tanta gente aparte de que sufrí robo en mi habitación a lo cual no se hicieron responsables

Excelente servicio, muy buena cocina internacional en sus restaurantes, solo el servicio de traslado desde y al aeropuerto deja mucho qué desear, subarrendan y no hay un seguimiento apropiado.

Excelente atención la playa muy bonita la.encontramos sin sargazo, la atención de sus empleados excelente todos te tratan amablemente , nos tocó una promo y nos mandaron de riu caribe a riu las américas los cual fue genial pero solo que en el transporte no pudimos cambiarloque pasarán a riu las américas x nosotros y tuvimos que trasladarnos x cuenta propia a riu caribe en el regreso en la madrugada y fue muy cansado pero quedamos encanatamdos con el hotel y la atención la comida más que excelente 👌si lo recomendamos la experiencia fue grata

Mantienen la playa muy limpia, la comida es exelente, el único detalle son los shows, un poco viejos y aburridos... Pero puedes entrar a la disco del riu Cancún que está justo al lado.

Incredible! The staff was very attentive. There were many restaurants at the resort to choose from with no reservations necessary, it’s all on a first come first serve basis. The buffet had delicious food and tons of options. Even the 24hr lounge had fresh food. Adult only All inclusive is the way to go! The drinks were strong and bottomless. Our room was upgraded to a suite without asking Honeymoon)! It was very clean and fully stocked. We were on the party side. The music was loud probably up until 12am but we were totally fine with that. If you’re thinking about it, Just do it! You will not regret it.

Hotel maravilloso con buen servicio y restaurantes. La calidad de las bebidas podria ser un poco mejor pero eso no és un problema. Vale mucho la pena quedar en Rio Palace las Américas.

Excelente todo. Nos alojamos 4 noches y quedamos fascinados. Amamos que sea adults only, que te atiendan todos tan bien y que el hotel esté siempre impecable en cuanto a limpieza. Lo único que puedo decir es que el agua de la ducha de nuestra habitacion salia un poco fria, y que la noche termina muy temprano. Extenderia un poco mas el horario de la cena.

Eu e meu marido passamos a lua de mel no hotel, e realmente o hotel eh mto bom, não tenho nada para reclamar, hotel limpíssimo, camareiras sempre deixa tudo limpo e organizado, piscina cm entretenimento todo momento, mas não espere cortejos e hospitalidade dos mexicanos, pq eles não são receptivos como os brasileiros. Então em qualquer hotel q for ficar vai ser a mesma coisa, pq até nos passeios foi assim. Se vc quer ser melhor atendido já vá ciente q tem q dar propina. Mas da p se divertir e comer e beber mto bem se não quiser dar tb. Voltaria com certeza. Aliais já estou com saudades Mexicoooo!

Simplesmente PERFEITO, passei minha lua de mel nesse hotel e não tenho um motivo ruim.

From the moment you walk in the beautiful lobby you are greeted then while waiting to check in you are served a drink of your choice the men and women at the front desk the entire time we were there were so nice friendly and accommodating, our room was perfect JR sweet sea view, THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT!!! If you can’t find something you like to eat here then you are a “picky eater” we often did the buffet because of the numerous choices for breakfast lunch and dinner but the restaurants are good too!!! Now the beach AMAZING!!! Blue clear water always a chair and the drink service on the beach was everything to us!!! I have one name of the most excellent service during our stay was WILLIAM!!! William there’s nobody like you and I have been a waitress for 42yrs you always knew what we were drinking your attentiveness was a 10!!! The pools are great but we’re beach people but loved if you want to party you go to the party pool you just want to chill and relax go to the middle pool, all in all it was my 60th birthday present from my husband just the 2 of us we met many people all different ages and had a blast, lastly the nightly shows were very entertaining!!! I’ve been to Cancun 18 times since 1982 and the Riu Palace Las America’s “adults only” is my favorite and we will be back!!! Thanks for an amazing stay!!! Amy & Robert Christensen

This was an amazing all inclusive. The staff are so nice and literally everything is taken care of. Everything was very clean and very organized. Because it is adult only it isn’t too loud and is genuinely relaxing. There are activities throughout the day so you really wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. They have certified (safe) travel agencies available on site if you want to organize an outing. And of course the food was amazing. Also please bring some pesos to tip the staff with (it’s definitely not mandatory and the hotel nor the staff will even ask for tips) but everyone is truly amazing and it’s good to give them something

Very nice hotel. The service everywhere within the hotel is exceptional. They keep the place very clean. Every staff person we came in contact with was very friendly. The restaurants are pretty good. We particularly liked the Japanese and Mexican restaurants. They have shows and activities every day which is fun. The drinks are really good and they will make you whatever you want to drink. The beach is beautiful as well. Our room was cleaned every day, sometimes twice a day and fridge was restocked every morning. Also there are shops, pharmacies, massage places, and bars and nightclubs within walking distance. The only negative is my husband didn't like the bed because he doesn't like soft beds. Other than that, our experience was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

The service was excellent. The overall accommodations such as the various restaurants were about average. Beach location was better than some other properties along the water. True Beach front relaxing on sand. 3 pools to choose from the party pool has music and open bars till 6 pm. If you so choose you can go to one of the other two pools which do not have music playing and are overall better places for some people to relax if they are not interested in the loud music. The rooms were a decent size however the furniture is dated and should have been upgraded to some modern pieces. If you ask for a double bed you need to call and verify they are not pushed together unless you are comfortable sleeping 4 or more to a bed.

Such an amazing resort, will 100% go back. There's areas you can chill/relax, but also get wild and party. There's two large pools, it's right on the beach, and the staff provides activities to keep you engaged all day. Both swim up bars are open. There's a 24 hour lounge where you can get food/drinks at any time. Food was absolutely delicious and there's a large variety to choose from. Staff is attentive, happy to serve, and makes you feel special if you're celebrating a special event. They do make you wear masks in the lobby, but that's the only place they're strict about it. It's right on a strip with restaurants/clubs/shops that you can walk to. Would highly recommend!!!

My wife and I visited Las Americas with the hopes of getting away somewhere nice. We arrived and the entryway was dark and dreary, and the staff seemed too busy to accomodate us in a timely manner. The room definitely had a humid feel to it, and getting the thermostat to a comfortable setting took the entirety of the trip. They utilize a card system to turn off the power when you aren't in the room, so you can't easily charge you laptop or tablet while away. The pool deck thankfully was nice, but the service rarely came around with drinks and the coverage for the sun was difficult to use. The food at the cafeteria was standard fare, but I will give them credit for the fish which was actually delicious. The shows they have at night are quite nice, but be careful for the floors in the auditorium are SLICK. If I came back to Cancun, I probably wouldn't come back to Las Americas. For the price, I was hoping for more amenities or something more to do that was included.

Hotel de lujo, solo para adultos. Con muchas opciones de comida en sus diferentes restaurantes y la comida es muy rica. Me he hospedado en varios RIUs y sin duda este ha sido el mejor por instalaciones y sabor y variedad de la comida.

La atenciónbuenísima... sin embargo la comida para los que gustan de los condimentos y el picante es muy insípida ya que la mayoría que va son extranjeros supongo es por ese motivo

Pros are good staff, good food, very clean hotel, nice small beach, fun daytime pool very good service . Cons are the heavy doors on the rooms slam when closed we were disturbed every morning and late at night.The beds are hard and the rooms have a strong Mildew smell. If these (3) issues were addressed i wood give this hotel Five stars.

Nicest and friendliest employees at the reception, in the restaurants and bars, in the SPA and overall everywhere. Specially the entertainment staffs, they are awesome, really nice and kind and energetic and polite 👍👍💞💝🤗😊 6 restaurants with really good food😋 A 24h lounge. The big bar and the pool bar perfect. 3 infinity pools and a very nice beach 🌊 Different kind of sports and activities everyday🤽‍♂️🤽‍♀️🏊🥽 Really cool and good night shows🤗🥳🎶🎤🥁 Jacuzzi and massage perfect. The rooms, cleanness and cleaning service and the lobby top🏆 Jet-Ski, parasailing, and many other things can be planned in hotel. Very good access to supermarket and mexican outlet and... The Covid tests can be done in hotel...Overall perfect and awesome, excelente y impresionante🥳🎉🎊 We will be in this hotel again very soon 😁

The biggest and probably most important negative about this resort is the company that handles the covid testing (biomedica). Currently, you have to have a covid test done 1 calendar day before your flight. The Riu and Biomedica knew this. My test was at 2pm on Monday, for my 7am flight Tuesday. Results were same day, guranteed. I checked in with them in person before they left for the day at 6pm, and the woman there assured me I'd receive my results via email by the end of the night. Our results didn't show up until Tuesday at 6am - my flight was at 7am. It was extremely stressful and if there was any doubt in anyone's mind about how fast I'd receive my results, I would've gladly paid out of pocket for a test at one of the many testing sites walking distance from the hotel. The rooms and elevators have a moldy smell, and the food is not that great. The waitstaff was very friendly, drinks were good, and you get access to another Riu hotel next door, which is much newer and cleaner. FYI, there is a clinic at the airport, they don't open til 6am, and you cannot check into your flight until results are ready (30 min). Very unprofessional on Biomedica's part, and Riu staff was unable to get in touch with anyone after hours to help us.

Spent 7 days here, beautiful location, wonderful staff, and was treated like royalty daily.I'm terrible with names but so many staff who remembered my name as well as my family while there. We made a point of eating at each of the restaurant and was very pleased with the food. I booked my family trip with a travel agent and she made an awesome trip. We really enjoyed ourselves. Housekeeping kept our towels stocked and made our beds daily.The crew who stocks the mini bar was very accomedating and brought us a lot of water (at our request) however you'll find full bottles of liquor as well as sodas and beers available and don't be afraid to ask they want to accommodate you. The housecleaning staff was all over the place wiping surfaces, mopping, sweeping and I never saw trash laying around. Very clean place. The waiters and waitresses were quick to fill your hand with a drink (water, coffee, cocktail, beer or whatever you want-ask them they will help you pick) every night the restraints open at 630 be first in line if you don't want to wait (though only place I saw people waiting was at the steak house, however just in case be there at 625 and you won't have any issue) not only are all the staff friendly so are other guest. All around very pleasant place. Felt safe with resort security walking around and Mexican military walking the beaches. Never felt scared or concerned. Also FYI right crossed the street was a pharmacy deli place for any last minute items you may have forgotten (bandaids, toiletries misc items)

STUNNING, GORGEOUS THE BEST LOOKING HOTEL WITH THE MOST AMAZING SWIMMING POOLS AND VIEW! Food is also fabulous Japanese restaurant amazing. Buffet great selection. Don’t read the negative I couldn’t believe some of the bad reviews when it came to the food selection! There is something for everyone it’s great I would stay here again for sure!!! Everyone trying to come into our hotel and they get refused entry!!! You will love love love RIU LAS AMERICAS

10 Years of visiting Cancun, and this was by far the worst resort. We've been to other resorts since COVID with good experiences. Cancun resorts we’ve had much better experiences: Dreams, Live Aqua, Hard Rock, The Omni, Beach Palace.RIU room AC didn't work, you set the thermostat but the temp would never reach your setting, always stayed at 22.5C. Multiple other guests on different floors complained of same issue.RIU staff were not attentive, many were rude, most were at least not friendly. A complete oppositive of what we are used to in Cancun with such wonderful people.We thought they were just all burnt out on COVID, butoff the resorts everyone was so nice from our cab drivers to restaurant staff. It was refreshing, and we looked forward to our days leaving the RIU staffAt RIU a 50/50 chance a beach staff or restaurant waiter would bring me what I asked for.I had one waiter, I believe named Nick, argue with me after he brought me Tea instead of Coffee.. instead of apologizing for a mistake, he told me I was sitting at the wrong table and continued to argue with me, he was extremely rude.At the buffet for dinner, our waitress asked if we wanted wine refilled probably 3 different times which was great, but we always said yes and she never brought our wine.. only came by later asking if we would like a refill.She seemed drunk and when we got there she was spilling drinks.Food was poor compared to other resorts.Beach is tiny! and shady most of the day.

Las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y cómodas. La animación en la alberca muy buena y el servicio de Juan en la alberca excelente !!! Siempre al pendiente de todo.La comida buena pero nada espectacular. En la Noche hay actividades pero acaban muy temprano y la gente se queda con ganas de algo más.

We absolutely loved the resort!! The staff was unbelievably hospitable and friendly. Juan, the drink runner at the pool was so awesome! Don’t be fooled by some of the comments below about the food, it was great. The buffet was LOADED with great food. The Black and White restaurant had great steak and salmon. Oh did I mention that there’s drinks everywhere! My wife can’t stop talking about our stay, and is already try Wanting to book our next vacation there again. The rooms were perfect, clean, and big with oversized beds. Thank you for making our vacation worth it

Excelente lugar para descansar, alberca climatizada,habitaciones muy cómodas, desde la llegada todo el personal excelente atención,se recomienda a ojo cerrado

Tengo años vacacionando en la cadena RIU, lamentablemente el de Cancun ya no tiene la misma excelencia, algunas habitaciones tienen filtración de agua de lluvia por las ventanas, la comida ya bajo de nivel, la bebida no es premium (hay de todo pero muy corriente) en estancias largas olvidan surtir de jabón o papel sanitario, y lo mas lamentable, el turismo extranjero es tratado como rey, al Mexicano lo menosprecian, no los pelan, les exigen lo que a los extranjeros no, ellos hacen lo que quieran.

Exelente servicio de todo su personal y en especial del Chef Gabriel muy buena atención claro que volveremos saludos

Excelente opção custo-benefício. A decoração do hotel é meio antiga, porém os quartos são espaçosos e limpos. A cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro funciona bem. Todos os 6 restaurantes são bons. À noite, quatro servem ‘a la carte’ com opções de vão desde lagosta, steaks a comida japonesa. O café da manhã é excelente, um dos mais diversificados que pude experimentar. Há também um lounge 24h que disponibiliza bebidas e comidinhas sempre frescas. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom também. Todos foram muito simpáticos e prestativos (não se esqueça que mesmo sendo all inclusive, é comum por lá deixar uma ‘propina’ quando for atendido).

Lugar maravilhoso para o qual ainda quero retornar! Estrutura, staff, restaurantes e bares são incríveis! Todos são solícitos, educados e divertidos, além de tudo ser muito limpo, arrumado e organizado! Gostaria tb de fazer um elogio especial ao Cristian da equipe de animação/fitness! Ele sempre animado, dedicado e simpático!

Annoying place. Pool bar closes early. Not that fun. Everything is difficult and has a problem. Don’t spend your $ here. Been traveling to Mexico for 20 years. 90 min on the shuttle, waiting at the airport too, just to get here. Better options out there.

Came just yesterday.Last stay in Riu Peninsula Cancun April 2021 was absolutely wonderful. Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Nice staff. The food is terrible!!! Buffet selection is so little and food is not taste good. The worst is Japanese cousin. Night show seems like group of street acrobats pretending to be professional dancers. Singer is talented.

I highly recommend booking this hotel. My husband and I were here on our honeymoon and my birthdayit was great! We booked an ocean view room and our room was always clean and service everywhere inside the hotel and outside of the hotel was phenomenal. RIU welcomed us with a bottle of champagne along with some chocolate covered strawberries in honor of our honeymoon and my birthday. RIU made sure to make us feel special. The service at the buffet restaurant was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and so were the drinks by the beach and restaurants. My only concern was the food at the Japanese restaurant was not great at all. My husband and I got sick from having dinner there one of the nights we stayed. But other than that the food from the other restaurants inside the resort were great. As you walk in you have access to the pool and the beautiful view of the ocean. They have nightly entertainment at night also Walking distance to the downtown area. It was my husband’s first time in Cancun and he loved it. For sure we will come back to this resort.

Staff was excellent, room was not modern but was well kept. Food at the themed restaurants was pretty good but the main buffet was rough (specifically the breakfast meat). If the main buffet was improved - would be a perfect resort.

This resort was tremendously relaxing and equally beautiful the food was great along with the service giving me absolutely no reason to leave. Although I did venture out I found myself instantly in the middle of the action because its centrally located next to many bars. I would suggest you inquire on how and when the shuttles leave for your departure. As for everything else this was one of the best experiences I've had in mexico and I plan to book here in the very near future!!!

Al hotel le hace falta una pequeña mano de gato, las bebidas lo mejor, el colchón 8- de 10, el show deja que pensar muy básico, la comida pensada en y para los gringos así que no la recomiendo mucho pero es parte del all inclusive, la ubicación buena ya que está en las cercanías de los centros de espectáculos. No me gusto que para salir te piden pase de salida, parece antro de mala fama.

Una playa muy agradable, con olas muy pequeñas, casi sin sargazo y bastante extensión donde no es profundo.

All great great great. Very nice room. Very clean. Only thing not too great was the room has musty , mildew smell and it stays in your hair, your clothes even after you get home. Needed a few washing . Otherwise I’m happy and everything was really great, staff, food, drinks. This hotel provides Covid test on site with no additional cost to you. You can print it out at the front desk and take it with you to the airport. I will definitely go back again.

The Hotel is located in a great area with beach access. We had an all inclusive package which included meals and drinks. The Hotel is nicely decorated and well kept. The restaurants within the Hotel offered plenty of eating options from pizza to steak and lobster. The bars and pools were very conveniently located. Access to the beach was convenient which included umbrellas and access to ordering drinks. Despite all the great things, two if my friends experienced bed bugs in their rooms.

Aspecto positivo: en general buena comida, buenas instalaciones, buena vista y buena ubicación de playa. Aspecto mejora: bastante oportunidad para mejorar el servicio (limpieza de cuarto, la atención en recepción y show de animadores)

La comida es fabulosa, la atención magnífica, el precio es razonable pero creo que vale totalmente la pena, aunque las habitacionesme parecieron algo anticuadas en comparación a otros hoteles de la zona

la comida es tipo gringa, por lo que te enfada rapidamente, solo las cenas son diferentes y valen la pena, las picinas estan bien, pero no son tan profundas, las animadores neceistan meterle mas ganas, por que hacian actividades de 15 min, a y me enferme un dia comiendo en el restaurant que vomite en el aeropuerto.

Amazing all-inclusive! Not only was the food and liquor high quality, but the staff was so friendly and attentive we never had to wait for anything! Beach and poolside service was speedy. The rooms were spotless, as well as the pool and beach areas. Unlike most resorts in Cancun during this time, the beach was seaweed free and the water crystal clear. Highly recommend for a group trip, or a romantic getaway. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful Hotel located in north section of Cancun. What’s best is that it’s 18 years and older only , (So no screaming children) all inclusive package includes alcohol as well. Hotel lobby has soaring ceilings, marble decor with Romanesque decor. Outside contains 2 large pools , swim up bar and several fine restaurants. (Steakhouse, sushi , Italian and many more. ) You definitely won’t go hungry here. Although tipping is apparently included in package, tip generously my friends! The staff does a great job in seeing to the quests accommodations and needs!

Muito lindo...

En general todo bien solo que al hacer check in tardaron una hora en darme habitación. La razón fue que use mi tarjeta digital para pagar la reserva y los números de mi tarjeta física no son los mismos de la tarjeta digital. Deberían checar ese tema porque los bancos recomiendan comprar en línea con tarjeta digital.

Excelente hotel! Le doy un 4.5. Tiene la mejor playa de Cancún (playa caracol) aquí no llega el sargazo y el mar es súper tranquilo. El hotel es enorme y muy elegante. La mayoría de las habitaciones tienen vista directa al mar. El desayuno es súper variado y para el almuerzo en el buffet hay muchas opciones vegetarianas. Pero no es igual con el resto de los restaurantes que posee el hotel. Estaría bueno que agreguen más opciones vegetarianas, porque es una lástima para nosotros no poder ir. La calidad de la comida deja bastante que desear. La atención del hotel es muy buena, son todos súper amistosos y todos los días hay shows y actividades variadas. Las piscinas son realmente hermosas y ponen música. Algo que no nos gustó, que al ser un hotel viejo las habitaciones tienen bastante olor a humedad. Las sábanas en la habitación se sienten mojadas. Deben cambiar con urgencia los aires acondicionados o lo que sea que esté causando la humedad.

Beautiful all inclusive! Everyone is beyond friendly. A great place to relax and unwind in a stress free environment. Extremely clean... the only thing that was unfortunate for us was the bed was very hard. Asked for extra pillows and blankets, of which they brought to our room promptly. Highly recommend.

Antes de escolher o Riu Palace Las Americas (RPLA) eu pesquisei muito. Vi mais avaliações boas do que ruim. Mas não é por essas que nós nos guiamos. Fui de Ruim para baixo lendo quase tudo. E digo a vocês. A pessoa tem que ser muito exigente pra falar mal pontos chaves e discutir:-MOFO: tem muitos comentários falando que o cheiro é muito forte. Que é impossível ficar no hotel. MENTIRA. O cheiro é mínimo, quase imperceptível.-SARGAÇO: Os hotéis em sua maioria limpam suas praias. Eu vi comentários de que a praia estaria infestada. Pode ser que longe dos hotéis estava mesmo. Por exemplo, Tulum. Mas na zona hoteleira é limpo.- ATENDIMENTO: Os funcionários dos hotéis ganham muito mal. Então não espere um atendimento perfeito. Eu vi gente folgada na piscina esperando os garçons trazer as coisas. Criem vergonha e vão buscar a bebida de vocês. Peçam 'por favor', falem 'obrigado' (em espanhol, lógico ou inglês). Não tive problema com isso. Pois, não tenho um padrão de vida desse e mesmo se tivesse respeitaria os outros. Por fim, se quiser bancar o sheik árabe vai ter que dar propinas sim. E uma gorjeta não vai deixar ninguém mais pobre. Eles ficam felizes mesmo com pouco.-BEBIDAS: Quando for pedir sua bebida, especifique qual você quer e fique de olho de qual garrafa o barman irá pegar. Menos da janta. O RPLA é do lado do Riu Cancun, que é mais visado para jovens. Lá existe uma balada chama PACHA muito interessante pra quem quer curtição. Sem contar que as piscinas estão sempre cheias de juventude (Risos). SE VOCÊ É JOVEM FIQUE NO RPLA, POIS VOCÊ PODE IR EM TODOS OS HOTÉIS RIU, CURTIR EM TODOS.-GORJETA/PROPINA: Como já mencionei antes, não vai te deixar mais pobre dar uma gorjeta para os trabalhadores do hotel, tem trabalhador que vai te receber com excelência e não vai te pedir nada. Aliás, ninguém pediu ou exigiu propina pra mim lá em momento nenhum. A propina complementa a renda deles, que ganham mal e trabalham pra caramba.-FURTOS: Não tive problema com isso. Mas sempre tranquei meus pertences na minha mala e nunca deixei nada de valor a mostra. Então, cuide dos seus pertences.-CAMAREIRAS: Li comentários que as mulheres da limpeza não faziam reposição de shampoo, sabonete, toalhas etc. É só pedir, elas são sossegadas. Eu pedia quando encontrava-as no corredor mesmo.Por fim, posso dizer que foi excelente minha estadia no RPLA. Nunca tinha ficado em um local tão luxuoso na minha vida. Minha única reclamação vai para aquela parte que já mencionei, quando você pede uma bebida nos bares, se você não ficar esperto, eles te enfiam a pior bebida que tiver. De resto, pra mim foi surreal ficar nesse lugar. E essa de poder ir nos outros Rius é sensacional.SE VOCÊ É JOVEM E PROCURA CURTIÇÃO NOS HOTÉIS, VÁ PARA O RPLA. Beach was amazing. No seaweed and clear waters. They only had 1 bar open the entire stay, you can't order mixed drinks at the restaurants, the restaurants fill up quickly (we had to wait 75 minutes to get a table) and they do not do waitlists so we had to stand in line for 75 minutes to be seate

I enjoyed the beach I booked a room with a king size bed and got two twin beds together . The room was very hot. The view was of the other hotel . The living room wasn't section off it was one big room. It didn't look like the pictures .

Dont know where to begin. Everything in this resort was excellent. Staff,food,room,location. It was truly a very very good trip. So much to do , the ocean was beautiful. Cant wait to come back ! The only thing is double bed in the room , that they push together ?

The involvement with the staff playing beach games and the beach drink service. Also the excursions were all associated with the hotel. Excellent service for additional excursions. The food wasn't that great. There weren't any stations where they cook for you during lunch and dinner time. Like fresh chicken at the buffet or steak during dinner. The only station was omelettes for breakfast. The buffet food was hit or a huge miss.

The beach was beautiful and had great sand! Good location. Food was edible at best. The mint in the mojoito tasted like mint. Very little alcohol pours with generic liquor. Room bathroom sink backed up. It took them 2 days to address the brown sludge. Possible bed bugs. Covered in bites on our back

The Riu Palace Las Americas offers everything I would expect of an all-inclusive hotel. The staff was always very accommodating and friendly. VERY clean! Best thing was no rules! We had a room with one very large bed, but is was actually 2 queen beds pushed together. They were comfortable but they were made up separately with a crack between. So, with a honeymooning couple, you have to be careful NOT to meet in the middle.
