“I thought the staff was nice, but inconsistent. On one hand they calmly handled a customer who was ranting about how he expected better service because he was rich (He very pointedly mentioned his $2,000 hat 🤠 He threw such a fit. 😂 I'm telling you watching him felt like I was on the set of an over the top comedy! 😂😂). On the other hand trying to get towels, wash cloths each day from them was like pulling teeth. We knew there was to be no daily cleaning but even after day 3 we didn't get our rooms cleaned. Someone finally told us they don't do cleaning at all on Sundays? The cleaning staff is off that day I guess. Understandable but somebody should make that clear ahead of time. The rooms weren't super clean to begin with. One day they were nicely offering cold bottles of water on our way out the next day when we asked for some we had to pay for them. The experience wasn't great or terrible. Honestly, if you're charging full price for a room and not doing daily cleaning why be chintzy about a couple of ¢25 bottles of water?”
