If I could leave no stars that would best identify this stay, 2/28/2023. Check in wasn't terrible, however, you can tell the staff is newish and inexperienced. This comes across as more of a retirement community style hotel than a business location. Room 230 was very outdated with ripped drapes and cabinets that are withered and well past their point of replacement. This room was on the second floor; the water pressure in the bathroom sink was poor and the shower was run for 30 minutes in any position possible to try and achieve a warmth of more than 35 degrees that may have ticked for maybe 37 degrees at one point but would dive back to freezing. To get the shower to even engage out of bath tub mode I felt like I was trying to pull a tree root out of the ground it was so stiff and potentially corroded from lack of use. There are no drain covers so plan to keep your jewelry and tooth brush away from the edge of the sink. When brought to the staffs attention all that was provided was an "I'm Sorry, we hope you stay with us again in the future." This is fantastic for the next person if attention to detail isn't managed based on complaints made. My only positive experience was the bed was comfortable and the quality restaurants were close enough nearby you could walk to them and even in the pouring rain you didn't get too wet. You couldn't pay me to stay here again and this visit further identifies why I am a loyal Marriot customer with this exception to follow my co-worker on where he typically stays so we could conduct business.

DO NOT BOOK!! Although this place has the Hilton name (and somehow good reviews), this place was disgustingly filthy. I even booked a suite for my family that had a garbage and food covered sofa bed when we unfolded it. Tons of garbage behind the night stand in the bedroom as well. Only bright spot was that I got a night comped but only because I borrowed a vacuum and cleaned my own room. Also, and I'm all for helping people, but be aware that this hotel offers temporary housing for those in need. I actually had to help a mentally challenged lady find her way back to her room as she had somehow gotten on the wrong floor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

When we arrived and were checking in; we were offered fresh warm baked cookies. Our room was nice and the breakfast was so awesome. It was nice not to have paper dishes and plastic silverware for our meal; and the staff were more than helpful. We have stayed here several times, since our daughter lives in Nora, and have never had a bad experience. We will be staying here again.

This location was a disappointment. I was deceived because the lobby area is really nice and clean, but a great contrast from the guest suites. The entry doorway is rusted. There was mildew on the shower safety bar, and the drain was badly worn. A mildew smell filled the room and the bedding reeked of strong bleach. The light switches were filthy. The cabinetry was peeling. If this is supposed to be home away from home, well let me just say, I do not live this way. The room was too expensive to be in such disrepair. Furthermore, if the simple cleanup is not being done, then I know the deep clean is completely missed by housekeeping. Besides everything else that was wrong with the upkeep of the suite, I phoned the front desk to request housekeeping clean my room. The front desk clerk advised that they didn't clean rooms until after the fourth day of guests' stay. I asked that they make an exception. She stated she would see what could be done to accommodate my request. I didn't understand the difficulty of my request since there is a sign on the bathroom mirror stating that the hotel would provide that courtesy upon request. No one showed up to clean the room the next day. When I stopped by the front desk, the young lady checked and said that no one had put in an order to have the room cleaned. Very disappointed with my Hilton stay.

Great location with lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Really great customer service. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were soft enough. The hotel just desperately needs an update. Room was dark and dated. The parking was great, and we could park right outside of the room. We would stay again.
