“VERY DISAPPOINTING!I’m giving 2 stars only because it’s the time of pandemic and we stayed via marketing invite. But if I could give 0 stars, I definitely would.1 - Our room was a Pool Access Deluxe. We arrived at the room with stains on the bar counters, lint on mirror and the front of the balcony where you step before entering the pool is covered in fallen leaves from the tree. It looked like someone has literally rushed to clean the room. We were offered to stay in another room but they were in a similar condition.2- ROOM SERVICE IS SLOOOOOWWWW. We asked for an extra towel for our daughter, it arrived after an hour! On the 2nd day, we ask them to clean the dirty balcony front, lady just came to ask and look then left, later a male staff came to take photos of the leaves, left and no one came to sweep it 🤔.. like.. huhh???3- WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVERRR FROM A NAME HOTEL!!!! On the second day, we decided to dine in for lunch, we ordered pizza and a burger. It came after almost after an hour of waiting. We were ready to leave but the lady staff was so nice and apologetic, we said to ourselves “OK, sabai sabai”. When the pizza arrived the dough was somewhat raw and the burger is literally “raw” 😫Because we were invited under a marketing invite, we had the “chance” to purchase an Anantara Club ownership.. Like seriously??? Who would want to give their money for this kind of service?!Staff were kind. We understand mosquitoes and bugs might be everywhere.”
