“Never stayed here for the hotel, but I've been coming here for years to see the gingerbread house display around Christmas time benefitting diabetes research. I'm always impressed that this big fancy hotel opens it's does to thousands of people who aren't paying guests. Things are always clean, well organized and fun. Highly recommended.”

Great place to stay. One of the best hotels I visited. Located in the midst of the downtown near to Amazon and Oracle buildings. Great room service and food. Easy check-in and check-out services. Multiple complimentary water bottles were provided (small ones but still) unlike other hotels.

This hotel has gone way down in customer service. Their lounge no longer has hot food at night and closes early. The elevator bank of 4 elevators was reduced to 2 working without any notice or explanation. They seem to focus on convention and special events more than consistent travelers. I will book away from this property when possible

Amazing location, walking distance from pike place, Starbucks Reserve etc and also has a large Starbucks within the lobby area. Hotel is clean, rooms are great, and the fitness center is impressive as well. I love to stay here every time I'm in Seattle.
