Hotel grandioso e muito bem localizadado. Pessosl atencioso e simpático. Os quartos não tem bom isolamento, ouve-se tudo de um quarto para outro. Podiam melhorar o pequeno-almoço (não tem muita variedade).

We stayed at the smaller room with a balcony and a wonderful view of Eiffel Tower. As other reviewers have mentioned the hotel furnishings are dated. But as with everything else in Paris the hotel has a lot of history. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is unbeatable. The view if you choose to stay at one of the rooms with Eiffel Tower view is amazing. To me this hotel offers incredible value compared to similar hotels in the area. I would definitely visit again next time I’m in Paris.

It's a very cool hotel, but the room that I had was okay. It had high ceilings that made the room feel much bigger than it actually was. The breakfast buffet gets a little too busy so you can't get attentive service. It has a beautiful outdoor dining area that I highly recommend! The location of the hotel is nice if you're here to tour for a short amount of time.

A beautiful hotel in a historic building.Location is very good; just a few minutes from the Metro and right by the Tuileries and the Louvre.The staff is friendly and helpful; they were a pleasure.However, as this is an older hotel, the rooms are dated and worn.This was significantly dustier than on our prior stay a couple of years ago.Everything just looks tired.Rooms are not inexpensive considering the furnishings.We had the prestige suite, which had two bathrooms (strangely with different toiletries), bedroom, and living room.It did come with two mini fridges, however, one did not turn on and the second either would not open or was not cold.Both rooms had a window each that opened into a small courtyard, so not much of a view, but it was quiet.The breakfast buffet is wonderful.Lots of selections, including hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, mini crepes), bread, cereal, fruit, juice, coffee.The smoked salmon is the best, along with the tiny radishes, cherry tomatoes, and cheese. Um lindo hotel em um prédio histórico. A localização é muito boa; a poucos minutos do metro e junto às Tulherias e ao Louvre.A equipe é amigável e prestativa; foram um prazer. No entanto, como este é um hotel antigo, os quartos são datados e desgastados. Isso foi significativamente mais empoeirado do que em nossa estadia anterior há alguns anos. Tudo parece cansado. Os quartos não são baratos considerando os móveis. Tivemos a suíte prestígio, que tinha dois banheiros (estranhamente com artigos de toalete diferentes), quarto e sala de estar. The Westin was a great place to spend 4 days in Paris. After two horrible nights at the Marriott Opera Ambassador, the Westin was heaven-sent. Though it can feel a little old, it is extremely comfortable, we found. The room was large (though the bathroom was not; also, there were parts of the shower with mildew). Coffee service during the morning in the lobby (or to your room later) was very nice. The Bar Tuileries was super cool to hang out at as was the interior courtyard bar area. I wish the hotel had a rooftop terrace!The A/C worked spectacularly well. TV had channels in a number of languages. The staff was the best. Isabella and Laurence at the front desk were great - very helpful in ensuring the stay was just right.The restaurant's breakfast buffet was standard; I did really like the atmosphere of the dining room!Of course, the location was excellent in very close proximity to any things, including the Louvre, Angelina's, Rue St Honoré, and the metro.

I booked the view with the Eiffel Tower. From the balcony, we had the opportunity to see Tour Du France. The bathroom has a bath tub! At the centre of hotel has a nice cafe. This is well situated to all the shopping places, Westin also has a shopping experience package tie up with Galarie Lafayette! Overall the Guest relation was helpful and patient! Everyone was friendly! Highly recommended

Gran expectativa, gran decepción!! Nos encontramos con un hotel en la mejor zona de Paris y aun si no lo esta, la apariencia en pasillos y especialmente en la suite qué nos asignaron, es de un lugar sucio, muy gastado, mal mantenido y descuidado. Ni siquiera la televisión servía. El desayuno buffet, buenísimo y el trato del personal en el restaurante, excepcional. Fue lo que rescató nuestra estancia. Mientras no se publique qué haya sido remodelado definitivamente no regresaría más que al restaurante

Wonderful hotel. Nice staff and beautiful lobby / corridors. If you are fortunate to land a room facing the Eiffel Tower, you are in for a treat. Would normally give 5 stars but rooms are dated and dinner portions are small and priced for tourists. Unfortunately, I was traveling during the day so I was unable to gauge what gluten free options were available.

We arrived an hour earlier than expected and they offered us an upgraded room for €15 more a night that was already ready for us so we took it. Room was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view from the windows which open fully to let the fresh air in. Although there are a lot of comments that this hotel is in need of updates, we felt that it was very acceptable for being in such an old building. The only complaint we could come up with was that the shower head didn’t move. Other than that legitimately insignificant problem the hotel was well staffed, had an amazing breakfast and the location was perfect for all our Paris needs. Highly recommend.

Out of our 5 day stay, our room was serviced twice; the other times we had to call down for fresh towels and deal with it. Because of Lifetime Platinum status, we were upgraded to suite, which might have been nice except it faced construction, so drilling and hammering noise began at 10 am even on Sunday and went on until 6pm. We found the buffet breakfast a free-for-all with cold eggs, cold oatmeal, and large queues for the coffee machine. The only thing good about the hotel is the location. We have enjoyed other hotels in Paris so much more, we won't be staying here again.

Súper hotel situado en la zona más céntrica y elegante de París. El desayuno es variado y con productos de gran calidad. El servicio es espectacular y eficiente. Estoy extremadamente satisfecho con la profesionalidad de los trabajadores, sobre todo por parte de Azedine y Paul que fueron siempre cálidos en el trato y muy atentos a mis peticiones. Si pudiera le diera 100 estrellas, tuve una estadía más allá de lo excelente, las habitaciones muy bellas y cómodas, la cama y las almohadas que me tocaron en mi habitación fueron tan confortables que después de tantas caminatas conociendo Paris, lo más reconfortante fue el descanso y la hermosa vista de la torre Eiffel. Personal muy amable.

El hotel es una reliquia. The Westin Paris - Vendôme , en 3 rue de Castiglione en la esquina de la rue de Rivoli , frente al Jardín de las Tullerías, inaugurado en abril de 1878 como el Hôtel Continental , [1] Fue diseñado por el yerno de Charles Garnier Henri Blondel [2] y estaba destinado a ser el hotel más lujoso de París en ese momento. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son muy viejas y pequeñas. Las cama que nos toco estaba quebrada, las alfombras dan asco de lo sucias que se ven. Hay muy pocas opciones de restaurantes. En el restaurante el chef de los desayunos muy malumorado, pero había un mesero latino, q con su excelente actitud salvava todo.En general definitivamente no es un hotel en el que me hospedaria nuevamente.
