Deixaria 0 estrelas se pudesse. Este hotel é nojento em primeiro lugar. Se você tem mais de 5'7, não poderá andar nos corredores de tão pequeno que é. Pagamos 250 por um quarto queen que era desconfortavelmente pequeno. Isso ainda não me levou ao limite, mas ... eu vou usar o banheiro e há fezes não limpas borradas no fundo do banheiro e isso foi praticamente isso para mim. Desci as escadas e avisei  Mesmer, o recepcionista, e ele não foi apenas rude, mas disse que "o hotel não é responsável por isso" e apenas nos deu a volta, então fizemos o check-out e saímos. Pedi um número para ligar e ele disse para pesquisar no Google o hotel rsrs. Encontre uma nova recepcionista e contrate alguns faxineiros porque este hotel não vale 250 $ !! Motel provavelmente teria sido mais satisfatório.

Would leave 0 stars if i could. This hotel is disgusting first and foremost. If you are over 5’7 you wont be able to walk in the halls that’s how small it is. We paid 250 for a queen room that was uncomfortably small. This still didn’t tip me over the edge but…I go to use the toilet and there’s un cleaned feces smudged at the bottom of the toilet and that was pretty much it for me. I went downstairs and let  Mesmer the receptionist know and he was not only rude but said " the hotel is not responsible for that" and just gave us the runaround so we checked out and left. I asked for a number to call and he said to Google the hotel lol. Find a new receptionist and hire some cleaners bc this hotel is not worth 250$!! Motel would have probably been more satisfactory.

Vi um monte de críticas ruins de cerca de 6 meses atrás, o que me fez pensar, mas parece que foi principalmente devido a algumas reformas na época. Sem reformas agora. Os quartos são limpos. Sim banheiro é pequeno, mas vamos as pessoas que é apenas um pouco mesquinho para reclamar. É limpo, isso é tudo o que importa. A cama é bem confortável. Boa localização. Saw alot of bad reviews from about 6 months ago which made me wonder but looks like it was mostly due to some renovations at the time. No renovations now. Rooms are clean. Yes bathroom is small but come on people that's just a little petty to gripe about. It's clean that's all that matters. Bed is pretty comfy. Good location. Only reason for 4 stars, not 5 is cause only one elevator was working which caused a bit of a traffic jam. Overall great value for the price.

I am not typically one to review, but I felt the need in this situation. I am usually a fan of Doubletree hotels and did not have a great experience with this particular location. The biggest issue for me was breakfast. As a diamond member I was told a $15 credit is given each morning for breakfast. Each morning I paid the balance of the cost of breakfast plus a tip for the servers and the credit towards breakfast. Instead of getting a credit, I got charged the full amount for breakfast ($21) each morning of my stay after checking out, plus what I paid at breakfast that morning. So I paid close to $27/day for breakfast. I called the hotel 3 times for resolution and eventually, after nothing, I had to call the diamond desk, I still have only gotten about half of what I should have gotten refunded. My first night, the fire alarm went off at 12:30 AM for 10 minutes then was off and on for the next 30 min. The fitness center was nice with a decent amount of equipment, but small and usually quite crowded(5-6 people). There were 3 treadmills, 1 wasn't working, 1 bike(didn't work), 2 ellipticals, 2 benches, dumbbells and a cable machine. The breakfast was good, buffet style; eggs, bacon, pancakes/french toast, pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc... The rooms were dated, but the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient.

The staff is hit or miss. Almost all of the outlets are loose so good luck plugging in your phone. The furniture and room have a lot of wear and tear. Does have a nice size fridge and microwave. The fridge in one of our rooms was pretty wobbly. You have to request maid service before noon but they will bring up anything you request or as at the desk. In room coffee maker is ok. Make sure to choose the correct setting on it or else you will make a huge mess. Tiny bathroom with really strong water pressure out of the shower. Beds are comfortable to me. It's a pillow top mattress with an additional topper. Don't get the rooms on the front side with the parking lot due to how loud the cars are in the lot and on the busy street street running in front. Nice pool area if the weather is right. The Continental breakfast is $12. Ferris Wheelers BBQ across the street is incredible. I would give this place a 3/10 walking score for what's close by. You're not near a whole lot for good restaurants or stores but there's a couple of Breweries in the Design District. The rooms are overall kinda "meh". This place could use a facelift. A bit over priced for what you get out of it.

There is a reason that this room was so reasonably priced. This property has seen better days and is now starting it's downward slide. Don't get me wrong, it is still a fine place to lay your head. Just don't expect Doubletree standards. Also, if you notice that truck outside the front door with the big chocolate chip cookie is on the side don't expect a cookie inside. The room looked worn. You would have to go to an RV to find a smaller bathroom.

Was told that the room was not paid for when it was paid for. Then I was told since I'm a gold member and I booked through a third party that I get 15$credit for the hotel. Nothing zip then it was told that my breakfast wasn't paid for when it was. And how do I know that? Because I'm the travel agent and booked it through pleasant holidays. The front desk staff was too busy playing with each other rather than checking guests in . Definitely reassures me that switching to Marriott was a much better deal

Fiquei extremamente decepcionado com a nossa estadia aqui na semana passada! Se hospedado por um total de 6 noites 7 dias. Durante toda a minha estadia, ficamos trancados fora do quarto DUAS VEZES! Em uma ocasião, o cavalheiro da recepção disse que não havia homem de manutenção no local e teríamos que esperar pela manhã seguinte para entrar em nosso quarto. Fomos colocados em um quarto novo, mas não tínhamos nenhum de nossos pertences. Dissemos ao cavalheiro que tínhamos uma reunião muito importante e precisávamos entrar em nosso quarto às 6 da manhã. Ele disse que não era um problema que o homem de manutenção estaria lá às 5 da manhã, mas nunca recebemos uma ligação informando que nossos quartos estavam desbloqueados. Perdemos nossa reunião porque não tínhamos roupas limpas ou produtos de higiene pessoal ou nossas carteiras; fazendo-nos perder muito dinheiro! Eles nos ofereceram "cookies grátis" pelo inconveniente. Na 4ª noite o mesmo problema aconteceu novamente. A fechadura travou novamente e a chave digital também não estava funcionando. Desta vez, eles tinham segurança no local, que conseguiu nos colocar em nosso quarto algumas horas depois. Novamente outro grande inconveniente! Pedimos então que nos colocassem em uma sala diferente, então tivemos que fazer as malas e mudar para outra sala depois de um longo dia de reuniões. No geral a nossa estadia não foi agradável! Eu não vou voltar aqui. A equipe foi sempre educada e eu entendo que as coisas acontecem, mas isso foi extremamente decepcionante e frustrante!

I was extremely disappointed with our stay here this past week! Stayed for a total of 6 nights 7 days. Throughout my entire stay we were locked out of room TWICE! On one occasion the front desk gentleman said there was no maintenance man on site and we would have to just wait for the following morning to get into our room. We were placed in a new room but had none of our belongings. We told the gentleman we had a really important meeting and we needed to get into our room by 6am. He said that was not a problem that the maintenance man would be there by 5am but we never received a call letting us know our rooms had been unlocked. We missed our meeting because we had no clean clothes or toiletries or our wallets; making us lose a lot of money! They offered us "free cookies" for the inconvenience. On the 4th night the same issue happened again. The lock was stuck again and the digital key was not working either. This time they had security on site who was able to get us into our room a few hours later. Again another huge inconvenience! We then asked them to place us in a different room so we had to pack and move into another room after having such a long day of meetings. Overall our stay was not pleasant! I will not be coming back here. The staff was always polite and I understand things happens but this was extremely disappointing and frustrating!

Ótimo hotel para se hospedar! Em uma bela parte de Dallas não muito longe de boas compras também. Recomendo usar o aplicativo também para que você possa fazer o check-in e o check-out sozinho. Com o aplicativo, você também pode usar a chave virtual do seu quarto. Hotel agradável e seguro, onde eles também não são nazistas de máscara e respeitam o direito de Deus de escolher usar uma ou não. DEUS ABENÇOE O TEXAS!

Great hotel to stay at! In a beautiful part of Dallas not too far from good shopping as well. Highly recommend using their app as well so you can check-in and check-out all by yourself. With the app, you also get to use the virtual key for your room. Nice, safe hotel where they aren't mask Nazis either and respect your God given right to choose to wear one or not. GOD BLESS TEXAS!

Enjoyed my conference and stay here. Hotel staff and shuttle driver were amazing, and there were good food options nearby, including a 24 hour Denny's just across the street.My rating is actually 4.5 stars, half a star off because my room's thermostat was colder than I liked, after adjustment, so I just kept it off. Would stay again.
